J	Jan Pavel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozná firma. Už nikdy od nich nic. Máme od nich dveře v celém bytě včetně zárubní. Vchodové, normální i posuvné. Od dodání samé problémy. Přes to že zaměřeni prováděla sama firma od čisté podlahy. Tak se museli zárubně dořezávat. Posuvné dveře do pouzdra nejdou úplně zasunout což prý není vada. Objednané úpravy nebyly provedeny a nevi se proč. První vady odstranili po měsíci a několika urgencich. Dvoje dveře se po osazení prohnuly že nešli zavírat. Jedny se časem srovnaly. Vchodové bezpečnostní dveře se při prvním ochlazení prohluli o centimetr že nešli zamknout. Reklamaci odmítají řešit protože jsme nenašli papír o tom kdo je montoval a jestli měl od nich školení. Vizuálně dveře hezký. Ale kvalita asi jen do paneláku a každý rok si je nechat seřídit. Terrible business. Nothing from them again. Na prodejně mi vše ochotně ukázali a následné zaměření a montáž proběhly hladce a bez komplikací. Perfektní přístup, děkuji a doporučuji! Jediný problém, který měly obě sestavy hned od začátku a mají i po bezmála pěti letech každodenního používání, je moje zacházení s nimi. K mé naprosté spokojenosti občas hraničící s překvapením jim není ani prd. Můžu doporučit. I used CAG's services to fit two building cases with sliding doors, including doorframes. From selection to assembly everything went smoothly. The only problem that both sets have had from the start, and after almost five years of daily use, is my handling. To my total satisfaction, sometimes bordering on surprise, they're not even farting. I can recommend.
P	Petr Přeučil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím zde vyzdvihnout zaměstnance pobočky na P-9 v ulici Českomoravská. Po příchodu do prodejny mě vřele pozdravili a jeden ze zaměstnanců se mě ihned ujal. Po vysvětlení mého přání (což byla zakázková skříň na míru) mi bylo vše co jsem potřeboval vysvětleno. Jakmile jsme dali předběžné rozměry dohromady, byla mi zaslána předběžná cenová nabídka která sice nebyla z nejlevnějších na trhu, ale bral jsem to tak, že cena je úměrná kvalitě ( o které jsem se později přesvědčil ). Poté co jsem souhlasil s nabídkou se semnou spojil zaměřovací technik. I přesto že se jedná o montážníka nábytku a skříní, byl slušně a čistě oblečen. Vše zaměřil rychle a profesionálně. Bylo mi navrhnuto i pár možných variant a rad. Platba a následná výroba materiálu proběhla v pořádku a hlavně rychle. S výsledkem jsem naprosto spokojen. Vše padlo jako ulité a nic nebylo při manipulaci ani montáži poškozeno. Níže přikládám pro inspiraci pro jiné potencionální zákazníky foto. Chci tímto moc poděkovat obchodníkům z Prahy 9 za skvělou komunikaci. Určitě Vás rád doporučím i svým známým. I have to pick up the employees of the branch at P-9 in Českomoravská street. After I agreed to the offer, the targeting engineer joined me. Despite being a furniture and wardrobe installer, he was well and cleanly dressed. He focused everything quickly and professionally. I have been suggested a few possible variants and advice. Payment and subsequent production of the material went well and mainly quickly. I am absolutely satisfied with the result. Everything fell like a glove and nothing was damaged during handling or assembly. Below I enclose a photo for inspiration for other potential customers. Přístup pana Pospíšila z pobočky ve Vysočanech byl zprvu v pořádku, ale. 1) firma namontovala nová futra vstupních dveří a teprve poté zjistila že do nich nepasují nové dveře = flexou upravená futra, seřízlé staré dveře, 14 díra nad a pod dveřmi!! 2) 14 dní trvalo po mých urgencích, než vadná nová futra vybourali, zazdili nová, dveře však nedovírali a nešli zavřít na střelku, jen zámkem..chybné těsnění!!! 3) další týden dohadů než přijel technik a naštěstí seřídil, podložil panty!, vyměnil těsnění.. teď funkční. 3)následně odhalené vady v seřízení, nedolepení obložek apod. Uháním u pana Pospíšila zase 3tí týden. 4) vyžádaná sleva směšná, posun termínu rekonstrukce, posun zpětného nastěhování, 14 nezabezpečený byt o tom že se jednalo o požární dveře nemluvím.. 5) Stále urguji, buď se nedovolám, na emaily je reakce jak kdy, někdy hned, jindy po pár dnech! Mr. Pospíšil's approach from the branch in Vysočany was fine at first, but. 1) the company installed new entrance door furs and only then found out that new doors did not fit into them = flex-modified furs, trimmed old doors, 14 holes above and below the door !! 2) It took 14 days after my emergencies to break down defective new furs, wall up new ones, but did not close the door and did not go to close the bolt, only with a lock..flawful seal !!! 3) another week of speculation before the technician arrived and fortunately adjusted, padded the hinges !, replaced the seals .. now functional. 3) subsequently detected defects in adjustment, non-sticking of linings, etc. I will run again for the 3rd week with Mr. Pospíšil. 4) the requested discount is ridiculous, the postponement of the reconstruction date, the postponement of the relocation, 14 unsecured apartment, I am not talking about the fact that it was a fire door. 5) I'm still urging, either I won't call, there is a response to emails like when, sometimes right away, other times after a few days!
