★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem se přes instagram, jela 50 minut na dohodnutý termín, jen aby slečna zmateně koukala do telefonu, protože si mě evidentně zapomněla zapsat. Žádná omluva, vysvětlení nic. Zeptala se mě jestli můžu přijít druhý den ráno, na co jsem odpověděla, že opravdu se tam znovu trmácet nebudu a najdu si nehtařku jinde.
Na studio, které se aktivně propaguje na sociálních sítích a snaží se nabrat klientelu, mi to přišlo opravdu směšné. To je tak těžké si něco zapsat do diáře, když provozuji službu?
 I ordered via instagram, drove for 50 minutes on the agreed date, only for the young lady to look at the phone in confusion, because she obviously forgot to enroll me. No apology, nothing explanation. She asked me if I could come the next morning, to which I replied that I really wouldn't be stumbling there again and finding a nail file elsewhere.
It seemed really ridiculous to a studio that is actively promoting itself on social networks and trying to attract clients. Is it so hard to write something in my diary when I run a service?
