★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S paní makléřkou jsem spolupracoval při odhadu ceny mého stávajícího bytu a při odhadu kupní ceny dalšího bytu. Paní Dörflerovou mohu doporučit, na všechny otázky a požadavky reagovala pohotově a dodání informací u ní netrvá "věčně" jako u ostatních makléřů.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zastupoval jsem majitele, který zdědil dům nedaleko za Prahou. Oslovili jsme paní makléřku Hanu Dörflerovou, aby nám tento dům pomohla prodat. Prodej byl o to složitější, že se jednalo o dům v částečné rekonstrukci, tedy nedostavěný s nedokončenými plány na rozsáhlé rozšíření. Během relativně krátké doby se paní makléřce podařilo díky velice aktivnímu přístupu najít několik zájemců o dům a po diskusi i vybrat kupce. Musím vyzdvihnout skvělou komunikaci, kdy přicházela s návrhy, aby splnila požadavky prodávajícího a zároveň byly splněny i nároky kupujících a to stále v otevřeném a férovém duchu. Zejména bych také vyzdvihnul perfektní právní pomoc při řešení nestandardních smluvních požadavcích. Díky přístupu paní makléřky mohu dnes říci, že prodat dům v atmosféře důvěry podpořené skvělý servisem ke spokojenosti všech je možné. S prodejem jsme byli nadmíru spokojeni a děkujeme.

The sale was all the more complicated because it was a house under partial reconstruction, ie unfinished with unfinished plans for extensive expansion. In a relatively short time, the broker managed to find a few people interested in the house thanks to a very active approach and, after a discussion, to select buyers. I must point out great communication, when it came up with proposals to meet the seller's requirements and at the same time to meet the demands of the buyers, still in an open and fair spirit. In particular, I would also point out the perfect legal assistance in dealing with non-standard contractual requirements. Thanks to the broker approach, I can say today that it is possible to sell a house in an atmosphere of trust supported by a great service to the satisfaction of all. We were extremely satisfied with the sale and thank you.
