★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní Ing. Lucie Bila je nejnepříjemnější člověk na světě. Od ní bych si nekoupil ani rohlík, natož nemovitost. Naprosto neprofesionální jednání po telefonu i v reálu - nepříjemná, skáče do řeči, nenechá Vás domluvit - prostě všechno co by makléř renomované americké sítě dělat neměla. Celkově zkušenost s Century 21 je dobrá, ale tato paní by neměla vůbec pracovat s živýma lidmi.
Mrs. Ing. Lucie Bila is the most unpleasant person in the world. I wouldn't even buy a croissant from her, let alone a property. Absolutely unprofessional conduct over the phone and in real life - unpleasant, jumps into speech, does not let you speak - simply everything that a broker of a renowned American network should not do. Overall, the experience with Century 21 is good, but this lady should not work with living people at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodne doporucuji RK Century 21, pokud chcete prodat nemovitost. Byt jsem prodavala pres dve realitni kancelare a nemela jsem ani jednu prohlidku za cca 8 mesicu. Nakonec jsem to zadala RK Century 21, konkretne pani Galandove Ivete a ta to nakonec prodala velmi rychle. Do mesice bylo nekolik prohlidek a nasledne prodej. Nevim jak to udelala, ale nejdulezitejsi bylo, ze se to konecne rozbehlo. A jako bonus, cena byla vyssi nez jsme prodavali predtim s predeslym maklerem. Dekuji moc?
I definitely recommend RK Century 21 if you want to sell a property. I sold the apartment through two real estate agencies and I did not have a single inspection in about 8 months. In the end, I gave it to RK Century 21, specifically Mrs. Galandova Iveta, and she finally sold it very quickly. Within a month there were several inspections and subsequent sales. I don't know how she did it, but the most important thing was that it finally started. And as a bonus, the price was higher than we sold before with the previous broker. Thank you very much
