★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuju, si před odjezdem, vždy zkontrolovat vozidlo... Jinak by vám mohlo někde ulétnout kolo.. proto dávám 1 hvězdičku, kdyby tady byla nula,tak dostanou nulu... Taková nezodpovědnost
I recommend that you always check the vehicle before departure ... Otherwise you could fly your bike somewhere .. that's why I give 1 star, if there was zero, they would get zero ... Such irresponsibility

+ Objednací lhůta nikdy nepřesáhla týden
+ Defekty pánové řeší "na počkání"
+ Kola jsou vždy správně vyvážena
+ Šrouby jsou vždy finálně dotaženy momentovým klíčem.
Spokojenost !!!

+ The bolts are always finally tightened with a torque wrench.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a flat tyre while almost arrived to Prague from Italy. Too big damage to be fixed with foam and my 12V compressor. It was August, late afternoon, 15 minutes to closing time. These guys managed to understand my problem, recover my car for the night, find elsewhere an exact replacement (I have an uncommon model of tyre) and on early morning after, my family and me could continue our tour, quickly and at honest price. When back home and after 3000 km I had my pneus checked by my trusted dealer and it was everything perfect. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very friendly manager and rather arrogant. Also, questionable experience of the staff. Came there to check the slow leak only to be advised that they couldn't find any even though they have submerged the tire in water.
Slow leak still present so I have to go somewhere else to have it checked. Definitely not here though.
Paid 200 CZK for "check" but no receipt for money paid received nor offered. I thought it's a law in CZ to get a receipt for service tendered.
For these reasons I don't recommend this place.
