Von März 2017 bis Oktober 2018 rollten keine Züge wegen eines Erdrutsches bei Mikulov v Krušných horách mehr - seit dem 3.11.2018 verkehren sie wieder regulär. Die Bahnsteiganlage des Bahnhofes nahe der Grenze ist desolat und außerdem nicht barrierefrei. Im Winter wird die Bahnsteiganlage kaum bzw. gar nicht geräumt! Es ist teils spiegelglatt und wirklich gefährlich. Außerdem herrscht Gefahr durch Dachlawinen, die jederzeit vom Dach fallen könnten. Im Jahr 2019 sollen Restaurierungsarbeiten beginnen - ein tolles Ziel für Ausflügler (speziell für Wanderer und Langläufer) soll entstehen!!! Ich bin gespannt... Restoration works should begin in 2019 - a great destination for day trippers (especially for hikers and cross-country skiers) should be created !!! I'm curious...

Moldava is a unique place, as well as all the villages, small towns, in the Ore Mountains. Where you will find gold diggers, customs officers and farmers in one village ..
U	Uwe Rüdiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ einer der Lost Places. Das im Jahre 1938 errichtete Bahnhofsgebäude ist imposant, aber leider nicht mehr in Nutzung. Anfang der 90er wurden hier nochmal die Fenster und Türen instand gesetzt, aber das war es auch. Zur Zeit finden nun Notsicherungen statt, aber die Bahnhofshalle mit dem leergezogenen Schalter ist offen. Der Bahnhof ist ein Grenzbahnhof, wo bis vor vielen Jahren die durchgängige Verbindung nach Holzhau / Freiberg noch existiert hat. Es fehlen hier aber einige Kilometer Gleis auf deutscher Seite, damit man wieder auch mit dem Zug vom großen Nachbarn anreisen kann/könnte. Aber das tut der Sache keinen Abbruch, das man unbedingt mit der Bahn Richtung Most, oder Usti fahren sollte bzw hier von den Städten kommend ein herrliches Wandergebiet hat. Alleine die Zugfahrt auf der Strecke mit der Spitzkehre und den teils noch verkehrenden Schienenbussen der Baureihe 810 sind ein Erlebnis, das man nicht oft genug haben kann. one of the lost places.
