J	Jana Mihu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezervační systém uvedl cenu 1300 Kč, ale za službu bylo účtováno 2300. Kadeřnice to odůvodnila gramáží barvy. V jiné recenzi salon uvádí, že rezervační systém na možnou změnu ceny upozorňuje, ale já jsem tam nic nenašla. Kadeřnice byla šikovná, ale po této zkušenosti už rozhodně salon nevyužiji. Update. Přikládám screenshoty, aby bylo jasné, že v potvrzení objednávky upozornění na vyšší cenu nebylo. Z mého pohledu se jedná o podvod a jsem na sebe naštvaná, že jsem se v salonu nebránila, zaplatila to a odešla. Je opravdu neuvěřitelné, že salon v recenzi otevřeně lže. The reservation system stated a price of CZK 1,300, but 2,300 were charged for the service. The hairdresser justified this by the weight of the color. In another review, the salon states that the reservation system warns of a possible price change, but I did not find anything there. The hairdresser was handy, but after this experience I will definitely not use the salon. Update. I enclose screenshots to make it clear that there was no warning of a higher price in the order confirmation. From my point of view, this is a scam and I am upset that I did not defend myself in the salon, paid for it and left. It's really unbelievable that the salon in the review is openly lying.

Paní kadeřnice byla velmi milá, s dcerou krásně komunikovala a střih dle domluvy a slušivý! Díky :) Men's, women's and children's hairdressing. Today I was with my daughter at the hairdresser's for the first time and everything went smoothly. The hairdresser was very nice, she communicated beautifully with her daughter and the cut was arranged and decent! Thanks :)

S nějakým navýšením jsem počítala, ale že slečna bez upozornění přidá gramáž barvy, což jsem nemohla tušit, mám krátké vlasy! ...a tím účet navýší o 800 korun je velmi nepříjemné. Necítil jsem žádný prozákaznický přístup. Ztratili jste stálého zákazníka. I arrived 7 minutes after the scheduled date. There was no one in the salon. Miss Victoria refused to cut my hair, without any offer to reorder. I didn't feel any pro-customer approach. You have lost a regular customer.

Počítala jsem s vyšší částkou, avšak při placení jsem byla překvapena konečnou cenou 6 800 Kč. Vlasy mám po ramena, stahovali jsme červenou do blond vespod + hnědá barva nahoře. Uvědomuji si náročnost stažení červené barvy, ale když jsem se po proceduře ptala v dalších salonech, částka se k necelým 7 tisícům ani neblížila. Nedokážu si představit tam přijít na barvu s dlouhými vlasy. Paní ale byla velmi profesionální, milá, věnovala se mi i přes velkou časovou náročnost. Za to děkuji. :) I booked the service for 1300, - - coloring. I was prepared for CZK 200 for every 1/4 tube. I expected a higher amount, but when I paid I was surprised by the final price of CZK 6,800. My hair is up to my shoulders, we pulled red to blonde underneath + brown color at the top. I am aware of the difficulty of withdrawing the red color, but when I asked after the procedure in other salons, the amount was not even close to 7,000. I can't imagine coming there to color with long hair. But the lady was very professional, nice, she took care of me despite the great time. Thank you for that. :)
