Špatně napsané údaje v TP při přepisu auta. Všichni arogantní a nekompromisní. Absolutně nespolupracující a hulvátské jednání. Milí jsou akorát když vám něco nabízejí. Třikrát jim řeknete NE a oni si jedou svojí. Přešli jsme k CSOB leasing a neni s ničím problém. I do not recommend, the payment two days later charged 500, -. S	SMS Řidičům on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě MONETA Auto, s.r.o. NEDOPORUČUJI horší jednáni jsme jako firma co přes ně nakoupila cca 25 aut nezažili. Učtuji den po spl. 500 kč + jejich penále a co byl uplny vrchol měli jsme totálni škodu na vozidle pojištovna vyplatila škodu a zbyvaly zůstatek který jsme měli doplatit jsem 3x urgoval přes jejich linku kde mě bylo sděleno že máme čekat na vyjádření, které vůbec nepřišlo, ale za to přišlá opět pokuta s penalemi a ihned to předali na vymaháni agentůře, která Nás uvedla do registru. Definitely MONETA Auto, s.r.o. I DO NOT RECOMMEND we have not experienced worse behavior as a company that bought about 25 cars through them. I charge the day after spl. Vždy včas zaplaceno a nikdy žádný problém. Pokud někdo neplatí, nesmí se divit, že platí penále. Hold když na to nemám tak jezdím s feldou a nepůjčuju si prachy. Za mě moneta auto bez problému. Pokud se divíte ze platíte penále za zpoždění tak si mate poradně přečíst smlouvu. Nazdar konec I can only write a positive review. K	Karl P. Ruzicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čekání na infolince průměrné, komunikace s pracovnicí ohledně předčasného splacení úvěru na vůz proběhla v pořádku. MONETA Auto však naprosto NEDOPORUČUJI. Na automobil, který jsme chtěli po cca 2 letech předčasně splatit, si účtují cca 30 tis Kč jako pokutu (PC vozu cca 700 tis. vč. DPH). Pro srovnání - ukončujeme podobnou smlouvu předčasně u jiného vozu u ČSOB leasing a "pokuta" za předčasné splacení je jen 2.000 Kč, při sjednání nové úvěru 0 Kč. MONETA se nehodlá domluvit na snížení nebo odpuštění sankcí ani při sjednání nové smlouvy a odkazuje na ni samotnou. Jedná se však o smlouvu, ne zákon, tj. vše je na domluvě. Tímto u mě MONETA jednoznačně skončila, aktivně ji budu dál nedoporučovat širokému spektru klientů a obchodních partnerů. R	ROKR RO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel se musím podělit o vlastní stejnou negativní zkušenost ,kdy mi prodejce vozu potvrdil ,že předčasné splacení úvěru je bezplatné ,díky této informaci jsem uzavřel úvěrovou smlouvu, jelikož jsem u VW financnial service řešil stejnou věc a doplacení bylo také bez doplatku. Moneta požaduje 40 000,- polplatek u úvěru 400 000,- + dalších cca 30 000,- bylo zaplaceno ve splátkách!! -KATASTROFA..... Unfortunately, I have to share my own negative experience when the car dealer confirmed to me that early repayment of the loan is free of charge, thanks to this information I concluded a loan agreement, as I dealt with the same thing with VW financial service and the additional payment was also free of charge. Moneta requires 40,000, - a half-board for a loan of 400,000, - + another approx. 30,000, - was paid in installments !! -CATASTROPHE.....

Stalo se to jen proto, protože nám prodejce ve stratos auto říkal, že smlouvu lze kdykoliv bez penalizací doplatit, bohužel jsem mu věřil. Tornádo, které Vám proběhne přes hlavu a lidské neštěstí jich absolutně nezajímá, pokuty po 3 dnu se zpožděním splátky. Nikdy se nestalo že bychom jim daný měsíc nezaplatili ten stejný měsíc. A ještě se k tomu arogantně chovají na lince. Prostě si tam lidi nic neberte a budete klidně spát, takto dáváte klidně spát jen jim. Doufám, že celá moneta bank nebude na trhu co nejdříve.
