★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moneta je ta nejhorší banka jakou jsem si mohl vybrat. Emaily a reklamy abych hlasoval o to že je to nejlepší banka a že má nejlepší aplikaci na mě vyskakují všude…. Nejdřív jsem díky nim a jejich studentskému účtu skončil na registru dlužníků… zaplatil jsem všechno co po mě chtěli jen abych s nima už nemusel mít nic společnýho, nechal zrušit účet… po měsíci mi přišel první dopis od monety za celou dobu, že účet nemohli zrušit protože tam zase nějaký poplatky způsobili mínusovej zůstatek…. Po hodině hádek se paní uráčila a účet zrušila přímo předemnou, ikdyž měsíc předtím mi tvrdila že lhůta na zrušení je právě ten měsíc, za kterej mi zase naskákali poplatky…. To že aplikace neustále nefunguje a směnárna v ní už vůbec ne, o tom ani nemluvím… člověk potřebuje peníze, a nemůže je vybrat, protože k librovému účtu ani nenabízí karty. Opravdu skvělá banka… už nikdy
Moneta is the worst bank I could choose. Emails and ads to vote on being the best bank and having the best app for me popping up everywhere…. First, thanks to them and their student account, I ended up in the debtors' register… I paid for everything they wanted me to do so that I didn't have to have anything to do with them anymore, he had the account canceled… after a month I received the first letter from moneta for the whole time because there again some charges caused the negative balance…. After an hour of quarrels, the lady was offended and canceled the bill directly in advance, although the month before she had told me that the deadline for cancellation was exactly the month for which my fees jumped again…. The fact that the application doesn't work all the time and the exchange office doesn't work in it at all, I'm not even talking about it - one needs money and can't withdraw it, because it doesn't even offer cards for a pound account. Really great bank nikdy never again
