★ ★ ★ ★ ★ celkem vpohodě dlouho jsem nečekal a u pokladny už vůbec ne ústní zubní hygienu proplácí jen těhotným a já těhotný chlap nejsem škoda?
 I didn't wait quite well for a long time and at the checkout I don't pay for oral dental hygiene at all, only for pregnant women and I'm not a pregnant guy.

Today, I was very pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the employees. May everyone and everywhere work this way. That would be nice for us :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Záleží na jakého pracovníka nebo pracovnici zde narazíte. Samozřejmě jsou zde zkušenější, ale i opačné případy - tj asi všude. Budova je celkem v pohodě, fronty se taky moc dlouho nečekají. To záleží na tom, kdy se člověk na pobočku vypraví :)
It depends on which worker you come across here. Of course, there are more experienced, but also the opposite cases - ie probably everywhere. The building is quite cool, the queues are not waiting too long. It depends on when you go to the branch :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostě nejhudsi pobočka, není parkoviště, vždy hledáš místo pro auto, vždy fronty protože otevřená jenom 1 občas 2 přepážky. Musíš čekat v bundě a respirátoře a žádný vzduch. A hlavně paní co pracuji nikdy nemají náladu.
Simply the poorest branch, there is no parking lot, you are always looking for a place for a car, always queues because it is open only 1 occasionally 2 counters. You have to wait in your jacket and respirator and no air. And especially the lady I work in is never in the mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myslím že tato pojišťovna stojí na příhodném místě, hlavně na personál se nesmí tlačit jinak všechno funguje tak jak má
I think that this insurance company is in a convenient place, especially the staff must not be pressured otherwise everything works as it should
