Paní nezaučená, chudák nevěděla kam kliknout, volala si na jejich Helpdesk a hned za 15min ji spojili. Bohužel ve Futuru podnikatelský prý nesjednávají. Ve Fio jsem zřídil najednou podnikatelský i osobní a za 25min jsem byl venku.
You do not want to negotiate a business account here. The first meeting was for 45min and the second meeting for an incredible 2h20min. The untrained lady, poor man, did not know where to click, she called their Helpdesk and in 15 minutes they connected her. Unfortunately, they do not negotiate business in Futura. In Fio I set up both business and personal at once and I was out in 25 minutes.
