The banker will offer you a loan with an interest rate twice as high as you can arrange yourself in the mobile application, without even mentioning its amount. A completely useless branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto příšerná zkušenost! Šla jsem se na pobočku zeptat, zda už mohu vypovědět stavební spoření, aniž by mi byl stržen storno poplatek. Byla jsem ochotná přijít i později, ale i přes ujišťování, že vše je v pořádku mi pak ve výučtování byl stejně stržen nemalý storno poplatek. Hlavně že obě dvě dámy mě ujišťovaly, že se to nestane. Velice proškolený personál. Nikdy víc.
Absolutely horrible experience! I went to the branch to ask if I could terminate the building savings without being deducted from the cancellation fee. I was willing to come later, but despite the assurance that everything was fine, I was still charged a large cancellation fee. Mainly that both ladies assured me it wouldn't happen. Very trained staff. Never more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy jsou tam milí a ochotní, i když nemám dopředu sjednanou schůzku a průběžně inovují prostory i služby. Líbí se mi osobní přístup a mé požadavky byly vždy uspokojivě vyřešeny.
They are always nice and helpful there, even if I do not have an appointment in advance and they constantly innovate the premises and services. I like a personal approach and my requirements have always been satisfactorily resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní přístup a služby. Domluva schůzky ještě stejný den, i když mají omezenou kapacitu kvůli chybějícímu personálu a profesionální přístup pana Hrušeckého (osobní bankéř).
Perfect approach and services. The appointment is still the same day, although they have limited capacity due to the lack of staff and the professional approach of Mr. Hrušecký (personal banker).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience and very poor customer service. I had just arrived in Brno after a 24-hour trip from Sacramento and wanted to exchange dollars I had withdrawn at the Bank of America ATM at Sacramento airport before I left. The 2 employees at the front desk talked to each other looking at my banknotes like if they were fake and simply refused to exchange the money! Not only they were rude but asked me to exchange the money in the street like if I was some sort of dealer! At least the ATM in front of the building actually take US debit and credit card and you can exchange your $ directly there. I wasn’t happy to use the services of such a mediocre institution though. Anyway, after that bad experience, the taxi driver and the employees at the Marriott Courtyard were super nice, so Moneta didn’t manage to ruin the trip.
