★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprosto neproaktivní neklientský přístup. Měl jsem problémy které tato pobočka nemohla vyřešit a vůbec se nesnažili o pomoc, pomohli mi radou až na jiné pobočce, ačkoli to bylo také mimo jejich působnost.
 Absolutely non-proactive non-client approach. I had problems that this branch could not solve and they did not try to help at all, they helped me with advice at another branch, although it was also outside their scope.
