A	Andrea Reichelová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včerejší návštěva tohoto bubble tea mě příjemně překvapila, modrovlasá slečna byla velice příjemná, milá a čaj který jsem si objednala byl tak akorát sladký (požádala jsem o ho méně sladký) slečna byla moc ochotná a hodná za mě jednoznačně 5 hvězdiček a určitě ho opět brzy navštívím <3 :-)

Super čaj určitě se přijdu zase podívat na slečnu s krásným kukučem. Yesterday's visit to your business was amazing. I met a beautiful blue hair there pleasant and kind. Super tea I will definitely come to see the young lady with a beautiful cuckoo again.
M	Michele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dříve to bylo mé oblíbené bubble tea, což se ale velmi rychle změnilo. Nejspíš to změnilo majitele nebo nevím. Začalo to změnou cena/množství. Následovala výměna obsluhy. Abych uvedla příklad: dojdu si koupit bubble tea. V prodejně není nikdo, kromě nepříjemné prodavačky a jejího přítele. Neochotné prodavačce nebylo rozumět. Nakonec jsem si úspěšně objednala. Mezi tím ten "přítel" stihnul vypít 2 kelímky bubble tea. Nakonec jsem svoji objednávku dostala a odešla jsem. Jednou z mých dalších zkušeností bylo, když jsme si s kamarády koupili opravdu velmi předražený čaj. Za pár desítek minut se nám hromadně udělalo zle a řekněme, že záchod nedopadl nejlépe. Připomínám, že jediné co jsme jedli (pili) bylo toto již zmíněné bubble tea. Prostě nemohu doporučit It used to be my favorite bubble tea, but that changed very quickly. It probably changed owners or I don't know. It started with a price / quantity change. A change of staff followed. To give an example: I'll go buy bubble tea. There is no one in the store except the annoying saleswoman and her boyfriend. The reluctant saleswoman did not understand. In the end, I successfully ordered. In the meantime, the "friend" managed to drink 2 cups of bubble tea. Eventually I got my order and left. One of my other experiences was when my friends and I bought a really overpriced tea. In a few tens of minutes, we got sick in a lot and let's just say that the toilet didn't turn out the best. I remind you that the only thing we ate was this already mentioned bubble tea. I just can't recommend

O cenách mluvit nebudu ty jsou katastrofální a myslím si že vzhledem ke složení a práškovým přísadám jsou -mírně řečeno přemrštěné. Co mě dostalo je způsob jakým mi prodavačka s modrýma vlasama čaj připravila. Nejenom že mi čaj nechala promíchat asi jen 3 vteřiny což dřív bylo víc a čaj byl pak studenější a líp promíchaný. Ale co mě dostalo do kolen úplně, bylo, když potom co můj kelímek vložila do svařovačky, normálně před mýma očima vycucla zbytek čaje z toho plastového kelímku ve kterém mi čaj předtím míchala. Udělala to i zákazníci přede mnou. Myslela jsem si že špatně vidím ale když jsem viděla jak vysrkla ten zbytek i mě, udělalo se mi zle. Tohle si dovolit před zákazníkem?? Nezlobte se ale tohle je extrém. Kde je nějaká úroveň? To mi tam příště na smrká? Už sem bohužel nikdy nepřijdu. Z čaje mi stejně bylo špatně od žaludku. Škoda chodila jsem tu skoro 10 let. After about a year, I decided to buy Bubble Tea right here. I will not talk about prices, they are catastrophic and I think that due to the composition and powder additives they are - to put it mildly exaggerated. What got me is the way the blue-haired saleswoman made me tea. Not only did she let me stir the tea for only about 3 seconds, which used to be more, and then the tea was colder and better blended. But what got me to my knees completely was when, after putting my cup in the welding machine, she normally sucked the rest of the tea from the plastic cup in which she had been stirring my tea before. The customers in front of me did the same. I thought I could see poorly, but when I saw the rest of me snort, I felt sick. Can I afford this in front of the customer ?? Don't get mad, but this is extreme. Where is any level? Is it blowing my nose next time? Unfortunately, I will never come here again. I still felt sick to my stomach. It's a shame I've been here for almost 10 years.

J	Jana Krištanová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shame that this place has all the drinks prepared from sweetened powder, including e.g. green tea. Or at least this is what I was told at the place when I wanted to order tea without sugar. I have ended up with no drink as I sincerely don't like sweet drinks at all. Maybe there should be a bit different approach of the place. Or maybe this place just aims for different kind of customers as me and that's fine. I am just glad it was clear before I would have placed my order.
