To all this, a terrible customer approach, unprofessional behavior and the impossibility of a complaint, which was not recognized to us. After our complaint, when the owner obviously failed to criticize and deleted all our negative reviews, both here and on the Facebook page, my childhood friend, who is obviously a friend of the shop owner, wrote to me that if we delete all the negative reviews, they will give me new product (necklace in bronze color). If you want to please others, you will definitely choose a lot of other domestic stores that have quality products and can treat you from the beginning as with their customers, whom they value and not as the company Mooyyy. My original review, which the owner apparently deleted: In February, I received one of the necklaces from the Elements collection gilded with rose gold from my friends for my birthday. After less than 4 months, my locket turned green and my chain tore on its own (specifically when I got out of bed in the morning). I went to the store with the expectation that at least one of the components would be advertised. From experience with other vendors, I found the behavior of the staff absolutely incomprehensible and unprofessional. After my friend and I literally rescued the saleswoman because she slammed into the next room and the store was out of control at the time, she told us that she would consult with her superior. She took the chain, didn't give us a single confirmation, and said goodbye to us with the words that she would contact us. The whole complaint was unsuccessful. The young lady told us over the phone that there was nothing she could do about it, so we called the owner. An arrogant approach was his own. He defended himself by saying that they have enough satisfied customers, so the mistake is on our side. He refused to meet with us in person, as he thought it would have no meaning. He assessed the damage to the necklace as a result of improper handling. Maybe next time it would be better to write to the product that you have to hang it over the bed and it is best not even to touch it. We understand that not every complaint will be made according to the buyer's idea, but the goal of all sellers should be customer satisfaction, and everyone's. For the next time, it would be enough to justify the reason for the refusal in a meaningful way and not to flaunt other positive experiences.

I have a bracelet with a ring from the Tasia collection from the Mooyyy brand. The jewelry is beautiful, original and at the same time very fine and feminine. I would recommend the purchase to anyone who wants to wear something that is otherwise invisible and unseen. They will definitely not be my last from this brand!

Jewelry that proves how Czech design can be imaginative, original and minimalist. I already have several products from this brand and each time the whole purchase was very pleasant. Ladies and gentlemen, they have given me all the information, including a warning that the jewelery is silver and gilded. For bracelets made of natural stones, I have already used the service to repair a torn one, when I came without a receipt (the bracelet was a gift), which was not a problem at all. The repair took place within a week and without any additional charges, although I am sure that I did not manage to bring all the stones. Therefore, for the whole approach of all the people with whom I have had the opportunity to communicate so far, and for the favorable price of original pieces, I definitely recommend visiting at least beautiful stores and I would not be surprised if you succumb to addictions just like me :)
