Good day, I am very disgusted after Saturday's visit to the indoor pool and sauna. About 4 months in advance, I ordered a pool rental, where I wanted to spend a relaxing break with my friends (as part of a birthday party). A week in advance, I checked everything to make sure it worked. Entering the pool was a shock. All of us immediately started to palletize and tear our eyes (chlorine ...) After a while it stung our throats. The sauna after an hour and a half had only 58 degrees Celsius. I complained to the staff, which I paid CZK 3,000 in advance. I wanted to talk to the owner that it was impossible to stay there ... She left and after a phone conversation she just told me that my staff had to return my money. I note that we had two babies with us! The owner knew about it in advance and rented us a swimming pool with peace in such a life-threatening condition. The service was very unpleasant. The money was returned to me, but what is it for me? Not only have they ruined my day, but I'm also wondering if this is a human approach. So I don't call it business. Once a nice place, now it's worth it. The food is terrible or not at all, the staff is reluctant, the hotel restaurant is closed even in the summer season, the indoor pool with mineral water is unacceptable, the owners run very unpleasantly large dog, who looks very hungry and the owner again that you bother him. no horror! Definitely different for food and accommodation, not here!

After all, from the arrival, the diet and the departure, we have not seen such an approach as we did here. We arrived around lunch and we waited up to three hours as it was written at the reception desk. total disaster, mocking hosts, it's sad.
