The sandstone Marian column is located on Masaryk Square on the western side of the town hall complex in a small park near the road, but its history is a bit unclear. Perhaps it was made in the time of Dean Rucký in 1684-1706 as an expression of thanks for the mild course of the plague epidemic (according to other sources, however, Marian column was made only in the middle of the 18th century). The author is probably Martin Jelínek the elder, a member of a regionally significant sculptural genus. On the top of a simple triangular pyramid with bevelled edges, there is a life-sized statue of the Virgin Mary with a gilded halo, trampling a snake on the globe. On the pedestal, the column is decorated with a coat of arms of Wallenstein and angel statuettes with inscription cartridges. The last restoration of the Marian Pillar took place in 2017.
