★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S tímto autoservisem mám velice špatnou zkušenost. Možná, když u nich člověk kupuje nový vůz, tak je vše v pořádku, tam se toho moc zkazit nedá. Bohužel jsem musel do servisu po střetu se zvěří. Očekával bych, že po objednání auto dovezu a pak si hotový vůz převezmu a hotovo. Bohužel jsem tam musel několikrát, aby bylo vše jako před nehodou. Auto jsem předával uvnitř čisté, vraceli ho špinavé. Těsnění kolem dveří jsem si musel "docvakávat" doma sám a v kufru se mi válely původní špinavé díly. Je toho víc, ale myslím, že tato krátká recenze stačí.
Před nedávnem jsem auto musel dát zase na opravu, nyní jsem zvolil Hyundai Centrum Praha a musím říct, že takhle má vypadat profesionální práce v servisu!
I have a very bad experience with this car service. Maybe when you buy a new car with them, everything is fine, there is not much to spoil. Unfortunately, I had to service after a collision with the game. I would expect to take the car after ordering and then take the finished car and done. Unfortunately, I had to go there several times in order to make everything before the accident. I passed the car inside clean, returning it dirty. Sealing around the door I had to "dock" at home alone and in the trunk I rolled original dirty parts. There is more, but I think this short review is enough.
Recently, I had to put the car back on repair, now I chose Hyundai Centrum Prague and I have to say that this is how professional service work should look like!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost, 3 dny po převzetí auta hyundai po servisu brzd, rány od zadního kola jako blázen, po kontrole zjištěno že jsou 3 šrouby z 5ti úplně povolené a na kraji závitu, takže naprosto nedoporučuji. Chybovat je lidské ale tohle je debilita a nezodpovědnost technika!!
Nevím jak zaslat odpověď na reakci, napíšu to zde. Jsem zaměstnanec firmy Sorting Solutions auto u vás bylo ve čtvrtek 10.9 podrobnosti máte v emailu.
Very bad experience, 3 days after taking over the hyundai car after the brake service, blows from the rear wheel like crazy, after the inspection it was found that 3 screws out of 5 are completely loosened and on the edge of the thread, so I absolutely do not recommend. To make mistakes is human, but this is debility and the irresponsibility of the technician !!
