Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, we imported an undamaged car from DE O2 DSG 2006 170 thousand mileage .. beautiful paint without corrosion .. for registration control, MOT and emissions. Due to the measures, the car is handed out of the window .. the customer has to go home, her mother went there alone for 63 years, in good faith that everything will work .. I fool let her go alone. He doesn't know that the car has to be inspected before it is taken over, but who would have thought to inspect it after such a banal inspection .. It was raining and you couldn't see the damage they did at this service. There is abraded Xenon, the fender and bumper are not much, but it is .. except for a few mini ailments, the car was in perfect condition in terms of paint, unfortunately it is no longer. I noticed it that night when it wasn't raining, but it was Friday. On Monday, my mother and I went there to try to solve it, but unfortunately the mechanic denied the mistake. The manager talked to me politely, but not in every way, he only said that the car had the "best" mechanic, that he would try to polish the scratched place, which did not help at all. It didn't occur to him to look at the cameras, the whole place was monitored and sent us home empty-handed. In autoplus at DP, I always had a great opinion and I always sent everyone I knew there. As of today, they ended up with me, I will never give them a car to them in my life and I will tell all my acquaintances to find another service, etc. Even the best master carpenter can cut himself, but it's about confessing, they have it insured, etc. and they have to deal with it professionally, which didn't happen here, unfortunately maximum disappointment .. I'm done here ..
