★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi nejhorší návštěva zubaře. I přes opakované prosby o injekci, mi paní zubařka zub vrtala dál a dál A když jsem jí asi počtvrté řekla, že tu injekci vážně chci, hrozně se tomu divila. Když už mi ji přece jen dala, nepočkala ani chvíli a vrtala v klidu dál. Injekce mi nakonec sice dala tři, ale zabraly až při příjezdu domů. Sem už nikdy! Jestli máte, stejně jako já strach ze zubaře, paní Besserové se obloukem vyhněte
 Probably the worst visit to the dentist. Despite repeated requests for an injection, the dentist drilled my tooth on and on. And when I told her for the fourth time that I really wanted the injection, she was very surprised. After she gave it to me, she didn't wait a moment and kept drilling in peace. The injection eventually gave me three, but it didn't work until I got home. Here again! If, like me, you are afraid of the dentist, avoid Mrs. Besser by arc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIKDY VÍC!!!! Paní Besserová je největší řezník co jsem kdy zažila.. chodila jsem k ní přes 2 roky s domněnkou, že mi spraví chrup… To je zubařka spíše pro lidi co mají chrup v pořádku a jenom zkoukne a hotovo… vlastně jsem k ní celý 2 roky chodila akutně kdy mě zuby věčně boleli.. z toho plynul zánět u 4 a 5 zubu, kde byla potřeba vyčistit kořenové kanálky… paní Besserová mi celá 2 roky čistila kanálky stylem “otevřít, zavřít” a nechala mi klidně otevřený zub přes 2/3 týdny… ale její léčebná metoda na mě nezabírala, aniž by si byla vědoma, že na tak závažný problém už nemá a akorát mi přihoršila.. neřekne co tam je, co dělá a RTG stačí jeden když přijdete bez ověření zda ošetření je úspěšné.. po ukrutné bolesti a velkém otoku celé tváře jsem se rozhodla navštívit jinou zubní kliniku, kde mi byl zjištěný zánět okostice neboli zánět (váček) na čelisti, kde je nutná mikroskopická operace… víc k tomu asi dodávat nemusím… Paní Besserová zkrátka nemá ve svém oboru co dělat…
NEVER MORE!!!! Mrs. Besser is the biggest butcher I have ever experienced .. I went to her for over 2 years with the assumption that she will fix my teeth she walked acutely when my teeth hurt forever .. this resulted in inflammation of the 4th and 5th tooth, where it was necessary to clean the root canals weeks… but her treatment method did not work for me without her knowledge that she no longer has such a serious problem and just made me worse .. she will not say what is there, what she does and X-ray is enough if you come without verifying whether the treatment is successful .. after severe pain and great swelling of the whole face, I decided to visit another dental clinic, where I was found to have osteoarthritis or inflammation (sac) on the jaw, where microscopic surgery is necessary… I probably do not need to supply more… Mrs. Besserová simply does not have in her field what to do…
