★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě nedoporučuji. Pán má na nabroušení 3 řetězů cca 5 pracovních dnů a brousí je až když si zákazník přijde řetězy vyzvednout. Místo toho tam čeká dalších 20 min. a když se člověk zeptá jak je to možné tak odpověď je že to trvá jen chvíli, tak proč to neudělá hned v den nebo druhý při zadání zakázky. Za 2 Nedávno byla pila davána pila na servis, při vyzvednutí a dovezení dom a následném startování pila vůbec nešla nastartovat... nebyla vyměněna svíčka ale naučtovana nová :) a při ohrazení odpověď nám tu pila šla a svíčku jsme dávali novou :) jak je možné že značíte svíčky stejně jak já :D Takže určitě nechodit

I bought a Automower 315x robotic lawnmower. Great access, mower installed including landscaping. Great approach, perfect work. The best seller around, I'm excited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji, vybírá zálohy na stroje které neví kdy přijdou a kdyz nepřijdou tak se zaloha nevraci. Traktor mel byt v půlce června, do dneška není a penize také ne.
I do not recommend, it selects backups for machines that do not know when they will come and if they do not come so the backup will not return. The tractor was supposed to be in mid-June, it is not today and neither is the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi negativní zkušenost. Při "pokusu" o reklamaci sekačky VEGA v záruční lhůtě jsem byl "arogantně vykázán", že se se mnou o reklamaci sekačky u něj nezakoupené vůbec nebude bavit. (I když je dle v-garden uveden v seznamu servisu bez ohledu místa zakoupení zboží). Tel. před návštěvou nedostupný...v pracovní době! V-garden mi potvrdil , že je jejich smluvní servis..

1/dokud jsem se nezminil,ze je sekacka v zaruce, kapacita (opravny)nebyla problem
2/po te jste jeste tvrdil, ze nejste smluvni partner(rekl.oprav)sekacek VEGA..opet lez!
Pouze vam jde o to prodat a pripadne problemy s vyrobkem uz vas nezajimaji..coz bohuzel potvrzuji i jine recenze.. Snad vas v zivote tesi i neco jineho..

1 / until I mentioned that the mower is under warranty, capacity (repair) was not a problem
2 / after that you still claimed that you are not a contractual partner (advertising repair) of VEGA mowers..opet is coming!
You are only interested in selling it and you are not interested in any problems with the product .. which I unfortunately confirm other reviews .. Perhaps you are looking forward to something else in your life ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost. Neuznávají záruky a ještě mi paní do telefonu řekla, že se se mnou nemá čas bavit! NEDOPORUČUJI!
Protože nelze vkládat odpověď na reakci, aktualizuji původní příspěvek. Od začátku neprofesionální chování - firma v reakci uvádí, "že neopravuje po telefonu", nicméně paní mi po telefonu hned sdělila závadu - zalepený karburátor. Aniž by sekačku viděla. Co když je to něco jiného? Profesionální by bylo říci ať sekačku přivezu, oni zjistí závadu a potom se můžeme konkrétně bavit. Paní jsem do telefonu určitě nevyhrožoval, to je již zoufalá argumentace ze strany firmy v situaci, kdy nemá již další argumenty jak obhájit svůj neobhajitelný přístup.

Since I can't post a response, I'm updating the original post. Unprofessional behavior from the beginning - the company responds in response, "that it does not repair by phone", however, the lady immediately told me a problem over the phone - a sealed carburetor. Without seeing the mower. What if it's something else? It would be professional to say let me bring the mower, they will find out about the defect and then we can have fun. I certainly did not threaten the woman on the phone, this is already a desperate argument from the company in a situation where she has no further arguments on how to defend her indefensible approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasná provozovna pobočka a půjčovna zahradní techniky nejen značky Husqvarna v Berouně. Skvělá zkušenost se skvěle připravenou technikou v mém případě novou, férové, vstřícné jednání. Rodinný podnik jak má být. K komentářům níže mohu jen toto : kdo chce hledá návod, kdo ne důvod, když už se ráno probudíte s tím že to nepůjde no tak to potom také tak dopadne :)
Amazing branch office and garden equipment rental not only of the Husqvarna brand in Beroun. Great experience with well-prepared technology in my case, a new, fair, helpful behavior. Family business as it should be. To the comments below, I can only do this: who wants to look for instructions, who does not have a reason, when you wake up in the morning with the fact that it will not work, then it will turn out the same way :)
