J	Jana Poláková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dříve býval pan doktor příjemný a pečlivý. To se ovšem postupem času rapidně změnilo. Nyní je již dosti arogantní a diagnostiku léčby dost zanedbává. Není to jen můj názor, ale názor většiny jeho stálých pacientů které znám a kteří k němu chodí 10 let a více. Je sice fajn že v čekárně jeho ordinace prakticky nečekáte, je buďto prázdná a i když je před Vámi 5 pacientů do 20 minut max jste na řadě, ale je to na úkor kvality léčby. Je to velká škoda, rozhodně doporučit nemohu a doktora ORL jsem musela změnit. In the past, the doctor used to be pleasant and careful. However, this has changed rapidly over time. He is now quite arrogant and neglects the diagnosis of treatment. It's not just my opinion, but the opinion of most of his regular patients that I know and who come to him for 10 years or more. It's nice that you practically don't expect his surgery in the waiting room, it's either empty and even if there are 5 patients in front of you within 20 minutes max, it's your turn, but it's at the expense of the quality of treatment. It's a pity, I definitely can't recommend it and I had to change my ENT doctor.

Nevšimli jsme si prázdninových ordinačních hodin na dveřích, na webu o nich nebyla ani zmínka, proto jsme přišli 5 min. před zavírací dobou na kontrolu po oboustranném zánětu středního ucha 3letého dítěte. Tak arogantně jako tento doktor mě ještě nikdo nikdy od nikud nevyhodil. A terrible experience. We did not notice the holiday office hours on the door, there was no mention of them on the web, so we came 5 min. before closing time for inspection after bilateral otitis media of a 3-year-old child. No one has ever fired me as arrogantly as this doctor.
Z	Zuzana Marková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Škoda, že nejde dát 0 hvězdiček. Jediná pozitivní věc je asi to, že se nečeká. Byla jsem druhý pacient a do ordinace šla už 5 minut po začátku ordinační doby. Ačkoli jsem měla zprávu z nemocnice, pan doktor mě velice letmo prohlédnul a poslal domů, že mi vlastně nic není. Do zprávy mi napsal, že kontroloval i věci, které vůbec nekontroloval. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem nesundala respirátor, pan doktor asi musí být jasnovidec, že dokáže posoudit stav i bez toho, aby něco prohlédnul :) Na spoustu věcí se mě vůbec neptal - ve zprávě mám, že mi nepíská v uších, přitom se mě na to neptal a v uších mi píská. Po přetrvávání problémů jsem se radši obrátila na jiného lékaře, kde jsem se dozvěděla, co mi vlastně je - mimo jiné mi hrozí to, že bych v budoucnu mohla ohluchnout. Ale podle pana doktora to evidentně vlastně nic není a jsem zdravá. Sem už nikdy více. Too bad you can't give 0 stars. The only positive thing is that it is not expected. I was the second patient and went to the surgery 5 minutes after the start of the surgery. Although I had a report from the hospital, the doctor examined me very briefly and sent me home that I was actually fine. He wrote in a report that he checked things he didn't check at all. Since I didn't take off the respirator, the doctor must be a clairvoyant, that he can assess the condition without looking at anything :) He didn't ask me a lot of things at all - I have a message in his report that he won't whistle in my ears. he didn't ask and it whistles in my ears. After the problems persisted, I preferred to contact another doctor, where I learned what it really is - among other things, I risk being deaf in the future. But according to the doctor, it's obviously nothing and I'm healthy. Never again.
A	Aleš Kotouš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám 3 hvězdičky, a to protože jsem měl pocit, že pana doktora svým problémem vyloženě otravuji. Atmosféra nebyla moc vlídná. Ale všichni jsme pouze lidé a špatný den můžeme mít všichni. Také jsem byl na řadě v době, kdy již měla nastat pauza, což jistě zdravotníkům nebylo po chuti. Ovšem za ani né 5 minut v podstatě bez bolesti můj problém vyřešil. I give 3 stars, because I felt that I was clearly bothering the doctor with my problem. The atmosphere was not very friendly. But we are all human and we can all have a bad day. It was also my turn at a time when there was to be a break, which was certainly not to the liking of health professionals. However, in less than 5 minutes, he solved my problem essentially without pain.

Vysetri, sdeli stav, vystavi recept a supem domu. Nemam co vytknout. Speed, no waiting in the waiting room, willingness, diligence, professional approach. Byl jsem u něho se vším možným a vždy mi pomohl. Jednoznačně doporučuji! Absolutely satisfied. I'll come and it's my turn in a moment. The doctor will examine and immediately recommend what and how.
