Tady však musím.
Celá má rodina chodila dlouhé roky k panu Merovi.
Za tu dobu nemohu říci vlastně nic zlého. Ani nechci.
Je to skvělý zubař.
Bohužel u nás se časem ukázalo, že došlo k pochybení.
Přešli jsme k jinému zubaři, provedl nám rentgen a našel spoustu problémů. Skrytých kazů pod plombami, záněty apod.
Jak u mne, tak u ženy tak i u syna.
Nevím proč k tomu došlu, kde je chyba a rozhodně je možné, že Vy budete po x let spokojeni a problém nenastane.
U nás to tak nebylo.
A tak jsem se rozhodl to sdílet. Ať si každý udělá obrázek podle sebe.
Ten hlavní důvod je, že jsem na můj problém poukazoval a to opakovaně. Vždy mi bylo vysvětleno, že tam nic není, neprovedl se rentgen, a že to je problém čistění zubů a dentální hygieny. Nebyl!
Na dvou místech byl zánět a jeden zub už díky času umřel.
Kdybych na problém nepoukazoval, neřeknu ani píď.
Ale poukazoval a pan doktor ho neřešil.
Mrzí mne to. Ale nemohu jinak, než to považovat za profesní selhání.
Děkuji mu za ty roky, kdy se o nás staral.

My whole family used to go to Mr. Mer's for many years.
I can't really say anything bad during that time. I don't even want to.
He's a great dentist.
Unfortunately, over time, it turned out that there was a mistake.
We went to another dentist, performed an X-ray and found a lot of problems. Hidden caries under seals, inflammation, etc.
Both with me and with my wife and son.
I don't know why I come to this, where there is a mistake and it is definitely possible that you will be satisfied for x years and the problem will not occur.
This was not the case with us.
So I decided to share it. Let everyone make a picture of themselves.
The main reason is that I have pointed out my problem repeatedly. It has always been explained to me that there is nothing there, no X-rays have been performed, and that this is a problem with brushing teeth and dental hygiene. He wasn't!
There was inflammation in two places and one tooth had died due to time.
If I didn't point out the problem, I wouldn't say an inch.
But he pointed out, and the doctor did not address him.
I am sorry. But I can't help but think of it as a professional failure.
