Vždy jako první odhalila příčinu mých obtíží a poradila mi, jakou následnou léčbu bych měla zvolit. Pokaždé mi okamžitě zabrala. Je velmi vstřícná a přátelská. Doporučuji! Podrazdena, vznetliva, jedna s pacientem jako kdyby neumel do peti pocitat, absolutni neorganizovanost casu. Sdeleni vysledku melo probehnout telefonicky, s tim, ze se dale domluvime na dalsi lecbe a urcite se vyresi problem. Pri sdelovani vysledku v dohodnuty cas jsem byla napomenuta, ze volam pri pacientovi a ze na me nema cas, a ze dale nepomuzou, ze pokud chceme dale resit problem, mame jit jinam. Zadna moznost se na cokoliv zeptat, vysvetleni nula a stale si jela tu svou. Navsteva teto kliniky je pouze ztrata casu (a nervu). Very arrogant behavior of Dr. Olenic with the fact that she was not able to help and solve the problem of allergies. Irritated, irritable, one with the patient as if he could not feel within five, the absolute disorganization of time. The result should have been communicated by telephone, with the proviso that we will agree on further treatment and the problem will definitely be solved. When communicating the result at the agreed time, I was warned that I was calling the patient and that she had no time for me, and that they would not help, that if we wanted to solve the problem further, we should go elsewhere. No chance to ask anything, explanation zero and you still drove yours. Visiting this clinic is just a waste of time (and nerve).
M	Michaela Lelkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jak doktorka tak sestřička ke mě byly při obou mých návštěvách nepříjemné a rozhodně se tam nebudu vracet. Sestřička má na vše čas a nechala mě i při objednání čekat víc jak půl hodiny a když jsem si pak zavolala o výsledky trvala na tom, ať se zastavím osobně, a “prozradily” mi je až když jsem řekla, že se zastavit nemůžu kvůli Covidu. (Výsledky byly v pořádku mimochodem). Podle mě není normální pacientovi v 21.století nesdělit na co má právo a chovat se k němu povýšenecky ale tohle je ještě stará generace, co ji ale rozhodně neomlouvá. Určitě najdete v okolí ambulanci s lepším přístupem. Já už do tyhle nevkročím. Unfortunately, both the doctor and the nurse were uncomfortable with me on both of my visits and I will definitely not return. The nurse has time for everything and she kept me waiting for more than half an hour when ordering, and when I called for the results she insisted that I stop in person and "told" them to me only when I said I couldn't stop because of Covid. . (The results were fine by the way). In my opinion, it is not normal for a patient in the 21st century not to tell him what he has the right to and to behave arrogantly towards him, but this is still an old generation, which certainly does not excuse her. You will definitely find an ambulance with better access nearby. I'm not going into this anymore.
