M	Magdaléna Kurcová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normálně recenze nepíšu, ale dnešní události mě k tomu dohnali. K panu doktorovi docházím již nějakou dobu. Nikdy mi neudělal žádné vyšetření, ani se mnou v podstatě nemluvil. Vždy návštěva trvala maximálně pět minut a odcházela jsem s předepsanými prášky. Léky mi pomáhali a tak jsem docházela i nadále. Jednou jsem přišla na objednanou kontrolu a na dveřích byl jen papír, že z technických důvodů je zavřeno. Budiž, přeobjednala jsem se a dobrý. Před asi dvěma týdny jsem byla opět objednaná a opět mě nikdo neinformoval o tom, že nemám chodit, opět jen papír na dveřích ordinace - zavřeno z důvodu technických potížích. Opět jsem se přeobjednala. Nový termín jsem měla dnes a světe div se, na dveřích papír, že ze zdravotních důvodů je zavřeno. Nemohla jsem se dovolat na žádné z telefonních čísel, takže jsem chtěla zavolat později. Asi hodinu na to se mi ozval nazpět asistent pana doktora. Slušně jsem se představila s tím, že jsem byla na dnešek objednaná a slušně jsem se zeptala, proč někdo neobvolal pacienty. Bylo to již potřetí, kdy jsem na místo dorazila zbytečně. Nemám tolik volného času. Pan asistent na mě v tu chvíli až agresivně vyjel, abych se zklidnila, že pan doktor je zraněný a na obvolávání pacientů nebylo pomyšlení. Pan asistent je v pořádku a myslím, že by mu ruce neupadli, kdyby poslal jeden hromadný mail, který by pacienty o situaci informoval. Jeho výlev však pokračoval slovy "Tak co chcete? Přeobjednat se, napsat léky nebo si budete hledat nového lékaře?" ... v tu chvíli jsem telefon skončila. Nemám zapotřebí, aby na mě nějaký ňouma, co ani neumí napsat jeden mail o pár řádcích, téměř křičel do telefonu. Dnes mi došla trpělivost a odmítám ordinaci dále navštěvovat. Budu hledat nového lékaře. Abych to shrnula - neprofesionální chování, které je už přes čáru... A to toho vydržím hodně. Pokud mohu doporučit, nechoďte do této ordinace. I don't normally write reviews, but today's events have caught up with me. I've been seeing the doctor for some time. He never did any examinations for me, nor did he actually talk to me. The visit always lasted a maximum of five minutes and I left with the prescribed pills. The drugs helped me, so I kept coming. Once I came for an ordered check and there was only paper on the door that it was closed for technical reasons. Come on, I reordered and good. About two weeks ago I was ordered again and again no one informed me that I should not walk, again just a paper on the door of the surgery - closed due to technical problems. I reordered again. I had a new date today and the world wonders at the paper door that it is closed for health reasons. I couldn't call any of the phone numbers, so I wanted to call later. About an hour later, the doctor's assistant called me back. I introduced myself politely, being ordered for today, and I politely asked why someone hadn't called the patients. It was the third time I had arrived unnecessarily. I don't have that much free time. The assistant came at me aggressively at that moment to calm down that the doctor was injured and there was no thought of calling patients. The assistant is fine, and I don't think his hands would have fallen if he had sent one bulk e-mail to inform the patients about the situation. However, his outpouring continued with the words "So what do you want? To reorder, write medication or will you look for a new doctor?" ... at that moment I ended the phone. I don't need any nonsense who can't even write a single mail in a few lines, almost shouting into the phone. Today I have run out of patience and I refuse to continue visiting the surgery. I'll look for a new doctor. To sum it up - unprofessional behavior, which is already across the line ... And I can handle it a lot. If I can recommend, do not go to this surgery.
P	Proklatě dobrý kuře on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonické domluvě jsem se domluvili na 9.6 v 13:30 na návštěvě ordinace, na dveřích lísteček ze z technický důvodu je zavřeno od 13:00. Tak když se člověk už odhodlá zajít k psychiatrovi tak takový přístup? To tam neni nekdo schopný obvolat objednané pacienty? Jsme všichni pracující lidi a já navíc OSVČ. Tento přístup je velmi neprofesionální. After a telephone appointment, we agreed on 9.6 at 13:30 to visit the surgery, the ticket on the door for technical reasons is closed from 13:00. So if you already decide to go to a psychiatrist, such an approach? Isn't there someone able to call the ordered patients? We are all working people and I am self-employed. This approach is very unprofessional.
