I am very satisfied with the doctor's office. Both the doctor and the nurse are very pleasant, capable and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím jestli to tak má být, ale paní doktorka (vždy když jsem tam byla) chodí do ordinace po 9:00 místo 7:30. A prvního pacienta přijímá v 9:20. Pokud ma opravdu začít ordinovat v 7:30 je to neslušné vůči lidem, kteří tam čekají ve studené čekárně o hodinu dříve.
I don't know if it should be, but the doctor (whenever I was there) goes to the office after 9:00 instead of 7:30. And he receives the first patient at 9:20. If I really start ordination at 7:30, it's rude to people waiting there in the cold waiting room an hour earlier.

Objednávání na čas nefunguje, člověk si počká mezi hodinou a osmi lety....
Opravdu hrůza. Nechápu, že v dnešní pandemické době, je plná čekárna důchodců, kteří jsou vesele v rozhovoru.
Takhle to opravdu fungovat nemá....
TERROR!!
Ordering on time does not work, one waits between an hour and eight years ....
Really scary. I do not understand that in today's pandemic time, the waiting room is full of pensioners who are cheerfully in conversation.
That's not how it really works ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší paní doktorka co znám nechá Vás čekat v ordinaci i celé dopoledne a je na sociálních sítí, sestřička drzá, nepříjemná když si zavoláte o recept čekáte i týden než Vám ho pošlou a když voláte znovu už Vám to ne zvedají fakt strašné!!!
The worst doctor I know will keep you waiting in the surgery all morning and she is on social networks, the nurse is rude, unpleasant when you call for a prescription, you wait a week before they send it to you and when you call again, it doesn't make you really awful !!!
