★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od chvile, co tam neni pan doktor Michal na plny uvazek, jsem se dovolal do ordinace pouze jednou. Priblizne z 30 - 40 pokusu v horizontu 1 mozna 1,5 roku. Pritom telefon v 95% pripadu vyzvani (neni obsazeny). Driv jsem se dovolal nejhur na 2. pokus. To povazuju za velky problem!
Since Dr. Michal was not there full time, I have called the surgery only once. Approximately from 30 - 40 attempts in the horizon of 1 maybe 1.5 years. At the same time, the phone is called (not busy) in 95% of cases. I used to call the worst on the 2nd attempt. I consider this a big problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel odcházím. Nevyhovuje mi, že se v jedné ordinaci střídají všeho všudy 3 možná i 4 doktoři a pokaždé když přijdu, je tam někdo jiný. Hledám spíše doktora, který mě nebude brát jako kus, ale který bude alespoň vědět že existuju a že jsem jeho pacientkou. Ovšem za velký problém považuji arogantní sestřičku, se kterou se absolutně nedá domluvit - "ona má vždycky pravdu, ona ví všechno nejlépe a já o svém zdraví a o tom, co je pro mě dobré nevím vůbec nic..."
Nakonec nějaká pozitiva - ač jsem pana doktora Michala stihla osobně jen jednou, působil na mě velice dobře, škoda že se chrudimské ordinaci nevěnuje naplno, možná by to pak vypadalo úplně jinak. Prostředí hezké a spooousta míst na parkování :D
Unfortunately, I'm leaving. It doesn't suit me that 3 doctors and maybe 4 doctors take turns in one surgery, and every time I come, there's someone else. I'm looking for a doctor who won't take me as a piece, but who will at least know that I exist and that I'm his patient. However, I consider the arrogant nurse to be a big problem, with whom it is absolutely impossible to agree - "she is always right, she knows everything best and I don't know anything about my health and what is good for me ..."
In the end, some positives - although I only managed to get Dr. Michal personally once, he felt very good to me, it's a pity that he doesn't pay full attention to the Chrudim surgery, maybe it would look completely different. Nice environment and lots of parking spaces: D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinační doba zde opravdu v pondělí jak vidno není. Jindy není propojený systém mezi ordinacemi a neleze vystavit E-recept. Nedostupnost praktických lékařů, když jsou potřeba, je problém.
The office hours here really are not as visible on Mondays. Other times, there is no interconnected system between surgeries and cannot issue an E-recipe. The unavailability of GPs when they are needed is a problem.
