V jedné z jejích částí už tehdy zasedala městská rada. Od husitských válek sloužila již celá budova městské samosprávě. V současné době slouží jako sídlo Městského úřadu Žatec. Ochoz radniční věže je přístupný veřejnosti a nabízí velmi pěkný výhled. The city hall building dominates to all the Square of Liberty. It was founded by wealthy burghers. It was built in 1362 as a skirt market. In one of its parts, the city council had been already meeting. Since the Hussite Wars, the entire building has served to the city government. It´s currently used as the seat of Žatec Municipal Authority. The upper gallery of the Town Hall tower is open to the public and offers a very nice view of the city. Svobody Square is dominated by the town hall building. It was founded by rich townspeople. It was built in 1362 as a cloth market. The city council was already sitting in one of its parts at that time. Since the Hussite wars, the entire building has served the city government. At present, it serves as the seat of the Žatec Municipal Office. The walkway of the town hall tower is open to the public and offers a very nice view. P	Petr Koldovský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Městská radnice v Žatci byla postavena v roce 1362. V roce 1559 byla renesančně přestavěna. Budova radnice v roce 1767 při velkém požáru města vyhořela. Následná přestavba do dnešní podoby byla dokončena až téměř po 10. letech. Dnes zde sídlí městský úřad. Věž radnice je vysoká 47 metrů. Je z ní pěkný výhled na město a okolí. The town hall in Žatec was built in 1362. In 1559 it was rebuilt in the Renaissance style. The town hall building burned down in 1767 during a great fire in the town. Subsequent reconstruction to its current form was not completed until almost 10 years. Today, the town hall is located here. The town hall tower is 47 meters high. It has a nice view of the city and its surroundings.

A	Antonín Tony Hegr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den dnes 06.05.2022 jsem měl rozhovor s panem Místostarostou Jaroslavem Špičkou a pak i na živnostenském úřadu jsem komunikoval s úřednicemi a musím všechny maximálně pochválit vstřícnost solidní a příjemné jednání úžasní lidé na správném místě nemám co vytknout prostě vše jak by mělo být smekám klobouk dolů a děkuji.
