★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place I have probably ever been, rude and unqualified people. Maybe if I come there a few more times i will get my drivers license. No wonder people drive without a license in the CZ. Having to go through that traumatic experience, i am so not surprised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend you to avoid this place at all cost if you have another option. The system is pretty efficient, many windows, you won't wait more than 20min if you didn't make an appointment online. But that's it. It doesn't matter how many documents you submit, you will only hear "malo"...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should be a tourist attraction - levels of racism and discrimination not seen anywhere else in Czech Republic. I've been to places where they refuse to communicate with you in English but only here you'll get kicked out despite your reservation and yelled at for not speaking Czech. It will happen rather efficiently though, line moves super quickly so two stars for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a citizen of an EU country I still had to live in the Czech Republic at least during 5 months to be able to apply for the driver's license. I also had to bring a document proving the reason of my stay (like a job contract, family ties, payments for social insurance etc.) Otherwise friendly and helpful staff. Waiting time - 1 minute if registered via internet, and approx. 20 minutes if waiting in the live queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Is Czech needed? Yes, get an interpreter if you don't speak the language.
-Are the people nice? Absolutely, spoke with 3 different ladies and they were all lovely and super helpful.
-Is the system stupid? Yes, but that's up to the Czech government and not being clear about what you need to show as an EU citizen to prove that you have lived here for more than 6 months. All the 3 ladies asked me for different things (and hence my 3 visits).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, I am really impressed. Although they said we should only speak Czech, everyone spoke slowly and clearly to help me understand. All the process was clear, efficient and fast. I had made a reservation and in less than 10 minutes I was already leaving the office. Really good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I speak just basic simple Czech.If I'm being totally honest, I think it will be a problem if you don't speak Czech at all as the people who are working there don't or don't want to speak English with you.
The lady from reception cam speaks English buy she told me that in Czech law that she is not allowed to speak English at work. (Really?) So I need bring someone who can speaks Czech with me.
Although The lady who helped me today was really patient with me. Speak slowly and simple Czech words make sure I can understand.
1. Bring the correct documents. Bear in mind that you will need different documents depends on you moved to Czech republic before or after the Brexit.( Our case is before the Brexit)
2. Don't have to book appointment beforehand, just pick the number right there and wait for your turn is more earlier.
3. If you neither speaks Czech nor English, don't bother to come on your own ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to get your driving license. A lot of people working there - there were around 30 people in a line in front of me and the waiting time was like 20 minutes. Perfect! And most of the ladies working there are smiling ?
