★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not far from the centre,just across the Nuselskij Most, it is served by a metro station. Interesting location right by the Congress centre that held, in 2009, the Obama Putin summit. But parking around is extremely difficult. Nice place to visit nearby is the Visehrad esplanade, its various monuments & to enjoy astonishing views over Prague & Vltava.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine for driving office. Didn't come across English speakers but I had a translator on this occasion. Went at 10am on Tuesday morning and there was no queue. Was seen immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only spot in Prague where you can complete all ypu need regarding ypur car or ypur driver's licence. Very well organized, quick and efficient, helpful staff.
Easily reached by te public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff at Registr Řidičů or Magistrát won't talk to you unless you speak "good Czech" and will have you leave empty handed if you don't speak the language well enough for them. This is one of the places where you notice the xenophobic character and attitude of many Czech civil servants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh lordy, be prepared if you don't speak Czech! Best to take a Czech speaker with you, otherwise you'll be met with stony silence. Once it was clear what we needed the actual process was swift and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website stated the area we needed to be, shut at 7 but we arrived 15 minutes before 6 and they yelled at us to get out because they are closing. So rude. Unfortunately that's normal for public service in Prague.
