2	24bendik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nemohu doporučit tento obchod. Se vším byl problém a ani minimální ochota ze strany prodejce na jakékoliv domluvě nebo spokojenosti zákazníka. Vytvořila jsem větší objednávku a jeden kus přišel od prodejce chybně, což se stane a naprosto to chápu. Avšak ten chybný kus mi přišel v bílé barvě a s flíčkem, který mi prodejce následně při vrácení naúčtoval a odmítl si zboží vzít zpět. Ačkoliv byl upozorněn, že jsem zboží ani nezkoušela a posílala hned zpět, jelikož jsem o toto zboží neměla ani zájem. Následně mi doúčtovali poštovné k původní objednávce, kde bylo zdarma a i dárek údajně v hodnotě bezmála 500,-, který jsem už z principu následně opět na své náklady vrátila. Bylo mi slíbené poštovné za zboží, které jsem vracela, protože od prodejce odešel jeden kus chybně, ale ani toto poštovné mi nevrátili a naopak si znovu naúčtovali další poštovné za ono bílé zboží s flekem. Jednání ze strany obchodu bylo naprosto neochotné a bez zájmu. Nakupuji na většině fitness obchodů a s tímto přístupem a nezájmem o spokojenost zákazníka jsem se nikdy nesetkala. Už nikdy více... Unfortunately, I can't recommend this store. There was a problem with everything and not even a minimal willingness on the part of the seller on any agreement or customer satisfaction. I created a larger order and one piece came wrong from the seller, which happens and I completely understand. However, the faulty piece came to me in white and with a patch, which the seller subsequently charged me when returning and refused to take the goods back. Although he was warned that I did not even try the goods and sent them back immediately, as I was not even interested in these goods. Subsequently, they charged me the postage for the original order, where it was free and a gift allegedly worth almost 500, - which, in principle, I subsequently returned at my own expense. I was promised postage for the goods I was returning because one piece had left the seller by mistake, but even this postage was not returned to me and, on the contrary, they charged another postage for the white goods with the stain. Negotiations on the part of the business were completely reluctant and uninterested. I shop at most fitness stores and I have never encountered this approach and lack of interest in customer satisfaction. Nevermore...
