It was my first visit. Mr. Doctor willing, helpful, I was just a little bothered by the long wait. He took the patients in a different order than we came, but there was probably a reason for that.

I absolutely do not recommend, Mr. Štach's inhuman behavior speaks for itself! a person who does not like people cannot like animals. Experience with the first dog knocked down by a car, I'm sorry but this beast dragged him across the table for a broken leg. In the end he wanted to throw me out of the surgery that he was examining the dog when I alerted him to it. The second very sad experience ended with the death of a female grandfather, a paper cocker spaniel 1.5 years, she had inflammation of the uterus, put on antib. The next day he decided to castrate, so we drove the dog there and we were supposed to arrive in three hours, after an hour talk that only the bitch will sow to leave, when we arrived in about ten minutes, he left the surgery with only a leash and said that sometimes It happens that she is dead. This is a young dog, in the end I wanted to say that with no animal again to this cowboy, the bitch was, in my opinion, already dead after castration castration or died before castration due to uterine inflammation, but still said quite a large amount. Should the operation take three hours and be done after an hour? The dog did not show just wanted money .. Of course if he called that she died, someone would refuse to pay when the dog is dead did not explain anything just is dead sometimes it happens and money. I definitely do not recommend completely unacceptable behavior to anyone!

My opinion is individual, of course ... but a doctor who doesn't advise you on how to keep a dog when the animal is scared, that a stranger is reaching for him from whom he smells a lot of new odors on the first visit, is probably not a person in his place. All he will do is start scattering his hands and shouting how uncontrollable the dog is. And because he can't examine it, he'll write you an overpriced medicine that won't help in the end. The next visit we went to another vet, who had exactly the same animal and the same situation took place, but here the doctor calmly explained how to grab the animal while the dog struggled with me and then calmed down (exhausted), the doctor performed an examination and began treating the animal. I do not condemn anyone here, I only describe my own experience. Maybe only the doctor had a bad day. However, for me, a clear signal is no longer here. I haven't experienced the doctor so I can't judge.
