I greatly appreciate the professional approach and quality of the products. The company advised us not only with the choice of box type, but also with the type of locks and design design.

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company !! I had really big problems with the last three orders. The first problems began when they delivered boxes without printing, during the subsequent complaint they delivered boxes where the weight of the delivered cardboard did not correspond to the order. I sent the order on January 25, 2017, I received the goods in the required quality on March 21, 2017, ie after less than 2 months! At the same time, there were problems with ordering 2 types of boxes. In the first case, I stated in the order that I require the quality of the material at least from the previous one (25 B BH - as stated in the previous order), preferably, if possible, better quality. I was told that the quality material (25B BH) from the original order was no longer purchased. I was offered an alternative (2300WB and 2400WB) without being instructed in any way about the differences in these materials. I assumed that if I required the same or better quality, I would not be offered worse quality without any prior notice. In addition, I explicitly stated in the next communication that I do not understand the marking. Unfortunately, I received boxes that did not meet my material quality requirements. They took about 2/3 the amount, the used boxes invoice me in full. In the second case, I ordered the boxes in the specification according to previous orders (mat. 2.35BE). During the execution of the order, I was contacted that these boxes are harder to close, if I don't mind. My answer was that if they go harder to close I have no problem with this (I especially preferred the stiffness-resistance of the box). Upon receipt, however, there was a problem that the box could not be fully closed. I was advised (directly by the owner Liška) that I should squeeze the "ears" of the box - a professional solution? Unfortunately, after all this experience, I ran out of patience and I complained about the boxes and asked for boxes where the material corresponds to the order. This complaint was rejected by me on the grounds that everything was in order. The thickness of the cardboard from the previous order is 3.4 - 3.5mm, the thickness of the cardboard from the last delivery is 4.1-4.2mm. After several requests for a technical sheet, it was sent to me. This technical data sheet states the material thickness (2.35BE) of 3.5 mm with a tolerance of ± 5%. Mr. Liška responded to the explanation of why there is such a difference, despite several urgencies of my lawyer, by explaining: "The packaging corresponds to the material 5VVL EB wool with the designation 2.35. Only the technical sheet that Mr. Novotný requested from us is older and does not correspond in the details of the material 5VVL 2,35EB to our supplier. They sent Novotný the only technical sheet we had - without exactly matching the specified material of our cardboard manufacturer - we had no idea for what purpose the technical sheet would need and we thought that he would use it to more accurately orient the qualities of individual materials) " This answer definitely took my breath away :) Furthermore, Mr. Liška refuses to state the name of the manufacturer and send a material sheet for the material from the disputed delivery of boxes. As there is a purposeful procedure or not, let everyone make their own picture. So much experience with the company Podorlická kartonážní spol. s r. o. and namely Mr. Liška.

We needed a few dozen pieces of boxes with lids, and I highly appreciate the helpful approach of the company, because they met our requirements and it was no problem for the company to produce the required number for us. I definitely recommend Mr. Liška's company.
