The clinic trying to look Professional but in practice is far from that, is just a continue of an old birocracy system, don't expect Chicago Hope here it's just a factory... for the nurses at the reception the patients are just numbers. What is very good: free WiFi and TV in the waiting room.

Low lever of service, typical "v Čechách mluvime Česky", screaming ladies on the reception, not kind, not professional doctor. Besides that _without_ my permission they registered me in their clinic to change Insurance company on monthly basis. Now I need to wait 3 months to change the GP.

If you are sick you waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours minimum. General opening hours say 8:00-20:00, but unless you are booked you have to be there till 4pm otherwise they have only booked patients. So if you start feeling sick during the day it's just too bad because they will never book you for the same day. They still have people advertising Infront of metro stops to take more patients in, but they are not capable to tend to their current patients in a normal time.

Not counting the huge line you’ll need to go through (unless you plan your sickness 1 month in advance...this is the timeframe to get an appointment), don’t go there if you are an expat who doesn’t speak Czech as you could end up with Dr. Kucerova who will welcome you by insults just because she wants everybody in this country to speak the local language (racist?) and try to make every possible problem just to mess around with you! Just moved back to my previous doctor ?

If you have another option, do it, no doubt. It was nightmare to get pre-op docs, doctor's arrogant behavior can't help, on every appointment new doctor, incomplete docs, make your own copies of any treatments. I'll try to find another ambulance when I'll be in Prague.......I had with me exactly the same docs and info for both of mine appointments, so unfortunately your explanation below is not absolutely correct or relevant, but I am not surprised. 2 weeks later I had other results from surveys you had asked for, during and after the first appointment which you was not able to do it yourself, please don't even try to make feelings that 2 weeks later I had something else or new from my clinic to complete pre-op survey. And as a bonus your docs was not complete as figured out anesteologist. But good news, I am really not your client anymore

Worse experience ever. They won't help you unless you speak Czech. Did speak Czech as good as I can, but eventually even ladies on reception were screaming and over-reacting to my questions and requests. Hope will never come there again. Even. MUDR Jitka Jindrova lacks communication skills and can't speak politely.

Very happy with the service here. I registered my GP here recently and everything went well. There is a nurse Anna who speaks English very well and also the doctor was as to communicate with me. This is very much appreciated as it's not necessarily expected ? I would recommend this clinic for GP services. The only issue is if you have a foreign phone number they do not call back but it was not a problem in the end.

Really satisfied with medical care provided here. I have sent an email requesting an appointment to have my entry medical exam for employment done and literally 8 minutes later I had a reply asking me what is my deadline. After cca 3 hours nurse phoned me and gave me an appointment the next day, informing me about having to go through some other medical checks that I have forgotten about (preventive). When I came to the clinic I waited about 5 minutes before being taken in. All the nurses were exceptionally friendly and welcoming (especially the one speaking Slovak ;) ) - even joking with me. Same could be said about the doctor (MUDr. Drbohlavová). Alltogether it took about 20 minutes to be done with everything and I dont think it could be done any quicker. I forgot my umbrella in the waiting room, so I will keep you updated whether it will still be there 6 hours later :) :D 10/10 would recommend
