★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 минут на трамвае от центра. Двухуровневая квартира. Двухспальные кровати не пазделены стенами. Еще одна кровать в гостиной-кухне под телевизором. Соотношение цена-качество хорошее. В доме тепло, отопление регулируется. Снаружи дома прикреплена шахта лифта - это захватывающий опыт. Поселение и выселение проходят легко.
 20 minutes by tram from the center. Duplex apartment. Double beds are not walled. Another bed in the living room-kitchen under the TV. Value for money is good. The house is warm, heating is regulated. An elevator shaft is attached outside the house - an exciting experience. Settlement and eviction are easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Ankunft haben Sie uns nicht reingelassen. Die Putzfrau hat uns aber später dann empfangen. Leider war der Manager nicht direkt vor Ort!. Bei der Übergabe vom Apartment, wurde auch nicht
richtig gereinigt. Bzw in der Küche, die Herdplatten waren richtig im Fett eingebrannt selbst noch der Backofen. Auch im Badezimmer eine Richtige Schweinerei! Die Dusche verkalkt, auch die Bodenfliesen wurden nicht richtig nass aufgenommen! Die Fenster waren von innen auch dreckig. Bezüglich für ein 3 Sterne Apartment eine reine Zumutung!
They didn't let us in on arrival. The cleaning lady received us later. Unfortunately the manager was not on site !. When the apartment was handed over, it was not
properly cleaned. Or in the kitchen, the hotplates were really burned in the fat, even the oven. A real mess in the bathroom too! The shower calcified, and the floor tiles were not really wet! The windows were dirty inside too. Regarding a 3 star apartment, a pure impertinence!
