Since the owner on the booking, through which we booked, canceled the reservation on the grounds that we did not arrive (even though we have been in the apartment for one night), unfortunately I can not write a review on the booking. After the last guests, the bathroom was not even cleaned and the toilet with brown stripes, a yellow stain under the bowl, hair in the bath, touched water faucets, shoe soles on the floor, layers of dust, a tight-fitting buckle ... 2keat "cleaned" her with obvious failure. Houbická and in the spring, which was in the apartment, I got a spin away after a few passes. I had to buy bathroom cleaners in the drugstore and clean the bathtub and the toilet myself so that I could at least bathe the children. After leaving, we left the cleaner in the apartment to inspire the cleaning lady. Disgusting stains with long foreign hair hid on the mattress under the sheet, the same on the blanket. An extra bed (also spotted) was parked in the apartment, which, according to the owner, was not for us. So why did she stand there? We did not pay such an amount to be there as in a warehouse. Upon satisfaction, we also received a blanket for our daughter. However, with the comment that when the children are free, I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ON THEM (so not even on the blanket!), It would also be an expense for the laundry! I have never heard such audacity in my life! The stains of the gauc were covered with a blue blanket with white stains. The communication with the owner was pleasant only until she saved money, so she did not comment at all on my complaints about the cleaning. In the calculations, the owner is also not very capable, 350 € is not 9,100 CZK. The exchange rate of 26 CZK / EUR taken by the owner has not been up to date for a year now, the difference corresponds exactly to the price of the parking fee, which should have been included in the price of accommodation (I pointed this out twice), but obviously the owner changed her mind. The apartment is popular with families with children because it has a separate bedroom. Yes, that's right, however, the owner forgot to mention that it is on the third floor without a lift, which is very difficult every day with little children !! The noise from the main street even with the windows closed is not negligible either. For us, NEVER AGAIN! I have probably never experienced such a spin and nice action only until the accommodation was paid for (the first day in the morning the owner stood at the door and we still had to wait for it) is also no go !! Edit - the owner considers a clean toilet, bathroom, etc. to be a luxury that a person should pay extra for! Indomitable! So if you are looking for a clean toilet, bathroom or mattress without stains and foreign hair, you will definitely not come here, you will not be welcome here and you will still be accused of being ashamed of the truth !! The owner can still book, that the photos are not from her apartment and that we were provided with a discount and free parking! These claims are untrue, as the owner herself knows very well !!!! On the contrary, she stretched us out in the parking lot, even though she assured us several times that it was included in the price of the stay !!! Her greed for money, shame and audacity do not know between !!! NEVER MORE!!!

The room was handed over untidy. There were crumbs and hairs on the carpet, the sofa was covered with a blue blanket, under which there were stains, hairs and crumbs. There was a large layer of dust on the upholstered head of the bed. The bathroom was also dirty, towels washed and leaky. The room is oriented to a very busy street, noise can be heard even at night through closed windows. I do not recommend this accommodation in general.

All full of hair. She changed our reservation from a large room to a small one for the expensive part a while before we arrived, I am still waiting for the refund of the difference (which I demanded, she wanted me to settle for the parking that I neither asked for nor wanted).

Everything a terrible problem. The owner accidentally blocked my account for the accommodation, which did not take place and did not want to release it back to me. The arrogance with which he treats guests knows no bounds.
