★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá ignorace a hrozný přístup....neustále padá internet a to v jakémkoli počasí,nehledě na rychlost která je naprosto strašná !! Nemluvě o tom,že dovolat se na firmu je nadlidský úkol....A když už se vám to povede n adruh straně sluchátka je arogantní blbec který zná vše nejlépe ..i po vysvětlení že mi internet stale padá,jsem hned vedle routeru a mám slabí signál mi bylo řečeno že za to nemůžou že za to může moje tlustá zeď a že mi souaedi berou signál .....nikdy není to u nikoho nestalo jen s nima
Absolute ignorance and terrible access .... the internet is constantly crashing in any weather, regardless of the speed, which is absolutely terrible !! Not to mention that calling the company is a superhuman task .... And if you succeed on the other side of the handset is an arrogant jerk who knows everything best .. even after explaining that the Internet still crashes, I'm right next to the router and I have a weak signal I was told that it's not my fault that my thick wall is to blame and that my souaedi are taking my signal ..... it's never done to anyone just with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Při poruše je nemožné někoho sehnat a dohnat na opravu a to se na to stačí podívat.V pátek už nikoho neseženu a jsem víkend bez internetu a TV. Jo to se nějaké operátorce dovolám ale to je vše. Číslo Vám na technika nedají tak prostě mám čekat do pondělí?Tak komu mám zavolat aby se mi na to podíval?
I do not recommend. In the event of a breakdown, it is impossible to get someone and catch up on repairs and just look at it. I will not find anyone on Friday and I am a weekend without internet and TV. Yeah, I'll call an operator, but that's it. They won't give you the number for the technician, so I just have to wait until Monday, so who should I call to see me?
