It is difficult to find anything in the store and it is necessary to walk through the whole winding alley. Fortunately, the helpful staff finally advised (and found the matter).

Ať už jsem přišla s čímkoliv našli jsme vždy nějakou alternativu a jakýkoliv problém jsem tam vyřešila během chvilky. Nikdy jsem tam dlouho nečekala a obsluha je vždy milá. I've been coming here for a long time and I've never had a problem with anyone there. Whatever I came up with, we always found an alternative and solved any problem there in no time. I have never waited there long and the service is always nice.
K	Katja Nüßler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren heute morgen in diesem OKAY Elektronikgeschäft, da uns unsere Gasheizung kaputt gegangen ist. Wir sind aus Deutschland im Urlaub hier und wollen uns die schöne Landschaft ansehen. Leider konnte uns in diesem Geschäft die junge Verkäuferin nicht helfen, da sie kein Englisch spricht. Der (scheinbar) Geschäftsinhaber kam hinzu und konnte ein bisschen Englisch. Er hätte keine Heizer und es würde auch sonst nirgendwo welche geben. Wir sind dann in den Stadtkern gefahren und haben zum Glück einen Heizer käuflich erwerben können. Nachmittags mussten wir aber leider nochmal in den OKAY Laden, weil ich meinen Haarfön Zuhause vergessen hatte und siehe da, auf einmal standen dort 2 Heizer! Wir haben uns die interessehalber angesehen, weil wir wissen wollten was die kosten (wir hatten ja bereits einen woanders gekauft) auf einmal kam der Geschäftsinhaber in hoher Geschwindigkeit angerannt und sagte, nö, nö nix kaufen und schnappte sich die beiden Heizer und schaffte sie schnell weg. Mein Ehemann und ich waren höchst erstaunt über dieses kundenunfreundliche Verhalten und auch sehr verärgert, dass wir so abfällig behandelt wurden! Wir werden sicherlich in Zukunft jeden OKAY Markt meiden, besonders aber diesen hier! We went to this OKAY electronics store this morning because our gas heater broke. We are on vacation from Germany and want to see the beautiful landscape. Unfortunately, the young saleswoman couldn't help us in this shop because she doesn't speak English. Of the (Apparently) business owner came along and spoke a little English. It had no stokers and it wouldn't be anywhere else which give. We then drove into the city center and luckily we were able to buy a heater. In the afternoon we unfortunately had to go to the OKAY store again because I had forgotten my hair dryer at home and lo and behold, suddenly there were 2 heaters there! We looked at them out of interest because we wanted to know what the cost (we had already bought one somewhere else) all of a sudden the shop owner came running up at high speed and said, nope, nope buy nothing and grabbed the two heaters and managed them quickly path. My husband and I were amazed at this customer unfriendly behavior and also very annoyed that we were treated in such a derogatory manner! We will certainly avoid every OKAY market in the future, but especially this one!

Mameji zatím dva dny ale velká spokojenost Great, we bought an electric bike, the lady allegedly poured them into them, so she willingly advised us what to buy. Určitě všem doporučuji pokud si chtějí nakoupit elektro spotřebiče a budou chtít poradit Vrchlabí Vám 100% pomohou vyřešit a doporučit dle Vaších přectav. I ta moje babča když přišla, dostala dlouhou a obsáhlou radu ?? Always helpful and friendly staff. Products from okay are okay and the service at this place is just great ? Even my grandmother, when she came, received long and comprehensive advice ??
