J	Jana Hájková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V obchodě jsem si koupila už asi 6 párů bot, vlastně už nikam jinam nechodím. Je tu nejlepší výběr, velice ochotný a milý personál, vždycky dobře poradí a přitom nevnucuje svůj názor. Řešila jsem i reklamaci zimních bot, také proběhlo vše rychle a k mé plné spokojenosti. Díky registraci mám na každý nákup slevu. Někdy se v obchodě sejde víc zákazníků, ale nikdy jsem nezažila, že by se někomu prodavači nevěnovali nebo se chovali nevhodně. Naopak jsem viděla, s jakou trpělivostí a profesionalitou se věnují malým dětem. Je třeba si uvědomit, že roční dítě, které zatím není zvyklé na boty a odmítá spolupráci, není úplně ideální zákazník. To si bohužel láskou zaslepené maminky mnohdy nechtějí připustit.
K	Kristýna Pechová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Můžeme jenom doporučit. Dnes jsme jeli pro první botičky našeho syna. Přivítal nás milý mladý pán. Měl trpělivost s naším synem a krásně to s ním uměl. Vyzkoušeli jsme cca troje botičky a i když jsme nakonec žádné nekoupili, protože syn ještě na ně není zralý. Odcházíme s dobrým pocitem a radou prozatím aspoň na návleky. Určitě se na jaře vrátíme. Moc děkujeme. We can only recommend. Today we went for our son's first shoes. We were greeted by a nice young gentleman. He had patience with our son and he could do it beautifully with him. We tried about three shoes and even though we didn't buy any in the end, because the son isn't ready for them yet. We are leaving with a good feeling and advice, at least for the sleeves. We will definitely be back in the spring. Thank you very much.

D	Derrick Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw online that this store carried some shoes I was interested in buying so I decided to visit the store to purchase. It felt like I walked into a daycare. There were kids running around everywhere getting into stuff. One was outside urinating on the sidewalk by the entrance. All the product is on the walls and the chairs for sitting down and trying on the shoes is by the walls so you can't even approach to examine the product when other people are sitting in front of what you want to look at. It is a terrible store layout and the employees have no idea how to help manage the chaos. I went there intending to buy and if the store was managed properly I would have bought a pair of the shoes, but instead I left empty handed and accompanied by a headache.
