Cykloservis U Tyrše patří mezi nejstarší pražské cyklistické prodejny, své služby zákazníkům nabízí již od roku 1990. V průběhu třiceti let historie firmy prodělala cyklistika bouřlivý vývoj, náš přístup však zůstává stále stejný. Máme rádi kola a svoje nadšení rádi předáváme dál. Toto by se stávat nemělo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyhnete se velikym obloukem. Dal jsem do opravy funkcni kolo a dostal jsen zpet nefunkcni brzdy, ktere ani nemeli opravovat. Nasledne na me byli arogantni s argumentaci, ze se to stalo samo a ze na to nesahli. Jen jsem slusne zadal, aby napravili svoji chybu. Arogance a neprofesionalita. Evidentne dle komentaru nejsem prvni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best bike shop ever.. they attended me immediately when i was only passing by prague during a bike trip through Europe. in other shops around the city center they were not willing to help me out concerning the short time i was staying there. IN THIS SHOP they did it in an hour and they even test drove my bike! in other shops they didn't care about my situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From a Western point of view, the client approach is absolutely equal to zero, (I believe any funeral service in Western European countries would be warmer :) but from a Czech point of view, the service is conform to the local standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have extremely mixed customer service performance ranging from excellent to awful. Have been customer for over 10 years,but sadly not after really unpleasant experiences this year. This bike shop is too expensive and the staff can be arrogant and even look down on customer when he chooses the cheaper goods.
