Odtud se po 4 kilometrech dostanete nenáročnou procházkou k soutoku řek Labe a Cidliny, kde najdete občerstvení se zahrádkou. Ovšem ještě před soutokem se můžete zastavit ve dvou restauracích, takže se výlet může krapet protáhnout. Až odbočíte ze soutoku podél Cidliny, tak za podjezdem pod silnicí odbočíme doleva a míříme do Libice nad Cidlinou, kde za malou chvíli dorazíte k památníku Slavníkovců. Úžasná procházka i pro rodiny s dětmi. The entire riverside (beautifully restored) trail along the Elbe is just as impressive as Poděbrady itself. From here, after 4 kilometers, you can walk to the confluence of the Elbe and Cidlina rivers, where you will find refreshments with a garden. But before the confluence, you can stop by two restaurants, so the trip can become longer than you wish :). When you turn off the confluence along the Cidlina, turn left under the underpass under the road and head for Libice nad Cidlinou, where you will arrive at the Slavník Memorial. Amazing walk for families with children. The whole embankment (beautifully restored) trail along the Elbe, like Poděbrady itself, is very impressive. From here, after 4 kilometers, you can reach an easy walk to the confluence of the Elbe and Cidlina rivers, where you will find refreshments with a garden. However, before the confluence, you can stop at two restaurants, so the trip can take a long time. When you turn from the confluence along the Cidlina, after the underpass under the road we turn left and head to Libice nad Cidlinou, where you will reach the Slavníkovec memorial in a short time. M	Mirek Šanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu krásná procházka přírodou! A nejsem sám, kdo to ví ?. Provoz, zvláště, když je krásně, opravdu mohutný. Velmi využívané kolaři a bruslaři. Ale k nám pěším jsou velmi tolerantní. To kvituji s povděkem. Ovšem i my, pěší, musíme dodržovat pravidla. Pak vše funguje! Pro ukázněné pěší s dětmi tady nevidím problém, v opačném případě velký. Ani s pejskem bych se nebál, samo, na vodítku. Šli jsme od Bílé Růže(restaurace na hlavní, směr HK-Praha) na soutok Labe s Cidlinou a i občerstvení je na cca 5-ti kilometrové trase dostatek. Běžná hotovka- kolem sta korun. Jídlo slušné na zahnání hladu. Na romantickou večeři bych to neriskl. Dá se jít i po pravém břehu, tam to je mnohem klidnější, jen jdete po trávě, takže pěší, nebo horské kolo. A bez možnosti občerstvení. Takže: příroda, voda, procházka, lavičky, jídlo, informace, ale klid tam nehledejte. A really beautiful walk through nature! And I'm not alone, who knows ?. Traffic, especially when it's beautiful, really powerful. Very used collar and skaters. But they are very tolerant to our pedestrians. I acknowledge it with gratitude. But we, the pedestrians, must follow the rules. Then everything works! For disciplined walking with children I see no problem, otherwise big. Even with the dog I would not be afraid, alone, on a leash. We went from Bílá Růže (restaurant to the main, direction HK-Prague) to the confluence of the Elbe and Cidlina and there are enough refreshments on the 5 km route. Common cash - around one hundred crowns. Decent food for starvation. I wouldn't risk it for a romantic dinner. You can go along the right bank, there it is much quieter, just go on the grass, so walking, or mountain bike. And no refreshments. So: nature, water, walk, benches, food, information, but don't look for peace there.

Rádi se vracíme. Beautiful place, beautiful nature, in season and in nice weather a lot of people, which must be taken into account near the city. Walk, drive to the confluence. We are happy to return.
G	Gabriela Malinská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásná procházka podél Labe. Lavičky po cestě, odpadkové koše po cestě. Od poděbradského zámku až k soutoku Labe a Cidliny jsou to cca 4 km. Tam občerstvovačka a hřiště. Na stezce ale dost cyklistů, bruslařů, chodců a pobíhajících dětí. Trošku chaos a nekoordinace všeho. Je potřeba dávat pozor a to kazí celkový dojem. Beautiful walk along the Elbe. Benches along the way, trash cans along the way. It is about 4 km from the Poděbrady chateau to the confluence of the Elbe and Cidlina. There is a snack bar and a playground. But there are plenty of cyclists, skaters, pedestrians and running children on the trail. A little chaos and incoordination of everything. Care must be taken and this spoils the overall impression.
