Yes, the kitchen countertop had a completely different color and a completely different structure. I was prepared for the situation and so I just calmly clarified whether I want these goods or not. I really don't want to. So I returned the goods. // The second complaint: communication with these women is quite terrible, they swear at you, they put down the phones angrily, they don't apologize. They forced me to take over the Easter holidays - it is said that other times they do not go to Prague. I learned from the drivers that they go to Prague EVERY DAY. So they also lie. // The third complaint: the drivers of Ukrainian nationality who brought me the goods arrived at a different time. Furthermore, they DO NOT COMPLY with the laws of the state of emergency. They didn't have protective gloves, they refused to keep a distance of two meters, they mocked me for asking them to. Arrogant, they did not give the impression of adhering to personal hygiene. // I don't recommend it all the time. The goods arrived LATE, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, they communicate terribly, they lie, they do NOT comply with the laws of the state of emergency.

Definitely do not order !!!! The goods arrived on time, but in what condition! One half of the bed totally for repair! The board cracked, the foot from the bed included in the fabric, and other quite important defects! We were told that we broke the bed during handling, while they had to fall from a fairly high height ... and they will repair it for us for 1500 CZK! So if you can, definitely do not order here !!

I rate the ordered furniture in one word: amazing! After ordering, a very nice lady called and confirmed the color of the seat with me. Delivery time was even faster than they wrote. The riders arrived and carried them straight to the apartment without any problems. The sofa is amazing.

So in the final I received a comprehensive order on August 23, 2020. So you are counting on a period of 1-3 weeks and there are almost two months in the final. In addition, everything also depends on when they have free cars to deliver furniture. Another inaccuracy that they state on their website is that the combination of furniture you have chosen does not correspond to reality. If someone decides to order furniture from them, pay attention to what you are actually ordering. The picture of a given product does not always correspond to reality. When you realize something other than what you expect, they refer to the supplier that he gave them such a picture and then that you should have verified it yourself. The lady in question will certainly give you an example that when she buys a T-shirt, before you order it, you also have to check whether she will get what the seller offers you. The head of the sales department is the one with whom it is possible to agree. He can respond quickly to your emails and in case of any problems, he will verify it and call you back. They present on their website that their priority is a satisfied customer, which is not true in my experience.

The furniture still stands unassembled in my hallway, but I have to write a review of the great communication of the store and the amazing help and willingness of the driver who brought me the furniture today. Arrived before the original agreement (but reported), the man was not home, I in the eighth month of pregnancy. The Lord willingly offered himself to me with help. Thank you very much.
