Zlom nastal ve chvíli, kdy jsem chtěl uplatnit právo na reklamaci vadné matrace.
1. reklamace vyřízena kladně, matrace opravena
2. tatáž reklamace zamítnuta s odůvodněním, že je to vlastnost
Po půl roce používání matrace proležena, navzdory tomu, že mi byla prodejcem doporučena na moji váhu.
Důrazně nedoporučuji !
