If anybody is reading this review before visiting this place. You are one step closer from wasting your money. Stop right here and find another place.
I wish there was an option for negative rating, 1 star is still overrated for the service I received. The LADY FROM THE RECEPTION with some scars on her arm is the worst person I ever have had acrylic with. Arrogant and rude attitude, third class quality of work and terrible customer service.
She was rushing from the moment she touched my nail and very rude during the whole process. My nails weren’t even dry before she finished and it looks horrible at the end. Irony is she didn’t even asked me if I was happy with her work. Such person shouldn’t be working in any place where you need some soft skill serving a customer. SHAME ON YOU GIRL!! What a waste of my 499kc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did shellac, it looks nice. Unfortunately staff is unfriendly, not costumer oriented. I will not come back. I felt uncomfortable, like I am bothering the men who was doing my nails just by being there, like it was for free and not for 500 Kc. Don't recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gotta say I've been to a lot of places to get my nails done. But THIS GUY I found here is a GENIUS. I can't understand the bad reviews honestly - my nails have never been this gorg. I went to the boss of this place (I suppose, the one with glasses) He's truly a nail god. He's so quick and precise, he used my old messed up nails from another nailbar to build the new ones and the results are awesome. That way he didn't damage my own nails, he truly did a perfect job even if I asked for stiletto shape and matte finish (which shows EVERY imperfection trust me) and I'm truly amazed, I've had a visual orgasm seeing my hand coming out of the lamp and I left 20 CZK tips because I was THAT happy and though he deserved so much more money for what he has done. LOVE IT !!!!!!

We call ahead and they still let walk ins to go in front of us and when we complained they told us that we came late (we were 1minute late). They don’t even have the colors they show you on the pallets. The nails are ordinary and nothing extra for the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Tried the place twice. First time my polish peeled within a week and even other place that was fixing it told me it was bad job. I tried today for second time as it is the closet to my home. Lady hase burned my skin, and then did French manicure without asking which one. When I said little later I want acryl said it was not possible. My nails look terrible and spotty. I will need to pay again somewhere else to fix it. Please be aware bad quality and overpriced!!!!
