C	Carine Osusky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am weary of the Asian nail places as they always seem to want to get people in and out. But I was pleasantly surprised with this place. If you are worried about the tools you can bring your own or buy a box that they use just for you. However they did seem to have good hygiene to me. They did a good job on my shellac and give a 7 day guarantee against peeling. Never had to use it as mine lasted more than 2 weeks. They spoke English. Yes they do try to up sell you where they can but that is business and they don’t get upset if you say no. I will go here regularly for my nails.

The staff members are sitting in front of me, but they talk and laugh in their own language. I was very uncomfortable because it's language that can not understand. I feel bad. I can't communicate with staff,is it Ok I can understand.because i speak only German and English. But they just unkind. But They was sitting in front of me, and they saw me,then laughed and talking with colleagues in the language which I don't understand Can you understand? So go to here. But I'm on that nail shops again won't go.because They didn't respect me.

Very impolite: no smile, no hello or goodbye, even though I was visiting them more than one year, always trying to be friendly, but anyway it didn't help to change them. Instead of appreciate frequent clients - complaining all the time about clients when you asking to be careful because they can hurt you, and I think now, on purpose. Also when i made appointment to exact master to repair nail, the master in unpleasant way was explaining me that I should not do any appointment for one nail, when before the same told me receptionist in front of her and I said that will know it in future. I am working in Prague here already 4 years and didn't see anything like this in any company or in any other service. I didn't have any opinion before about Vietnamese people, but this place shows me who they are.
R	Raechel Lemis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little nervous after seeing such negative reviews but I’m glad I gave this salon a try! I went for a mani pedi and couldn’t be happier. Unlike other reviews mentioned, one woman knew English (and all the other nail techs seemed to be fluent in Czech) and was very helpful when trying to talk to the other nail techs. My pedi was wonderful and the woman was really through with the foot massage (always my favorite part). As for my mani, the lady who did it was quick and did a beautiful job! I will definitely be returning! ?

She tried to ask the artist to redo it, but they were rude and unprofessional even tho my girlfriend was polite and calm. Not recommended.
D	Daria Greshniaeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Severe damages of nails! Terrible! Unprofessional! Painful! Worst! First of all, I've never done my nails in this place before. Unfortunately, my previous gel covering fell off on one finger and I decided to take it all off. My master couldn't do it in the nearest time so I went to this Nailounge. Nothing difficult, just take gel covering off. Basic thing! I came with absolutely healthy and shiny nails and this is what happened. Damage is so severe! It's painful! It will take more than 3 months for a comlete recover. Secondly, manicure specialist was totally unprofessional, he had no idea how to do nails. I guess that he doesn't even have a permission to work because mistakes were too big. Firstly, he wanted to cut my nails with gel covering which could damage them terribly. You need to take off the covering first and after change the length. He took of the covering with too harsh head on his electric manicure drill. I guess that head of the drill wasn't for manicure at all! Finally, staff was rude and disrespectful. They talked mostly Vietnamese and pay no attention on their clients. Never ever go there!

Because of some person who’s not competent I have to suffer couple of months till my nail grows and get back to normal thickness and won’t hurt!!!!!
