★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uplny nezajem o zakaznika, proste se podivejte tady a tady. kdyz jsem si vybrala saty z katalogu co tam meli tak pry ty nemaji.. oblikat jsem se musela sama, stesti ze jsem tam byla s doprovodem, ani vodu vam nenabidnout a to bylo venku snad 40 stupnu, pri odchodu si nechaji samozrejme zaplatit ani se vas nezeptaji proc jste tam stravili cca 15 min i s cekanim nez si nas nekdo vsimnul.. ztrata casu!
 completely not interested in the customer, just look here and here. when I chose the clothes from the catalog, what they had there, they don't have to .. I had to take a picture of myself, lucky that I was there with an escort, I didn't even offer you water and it was maybe 40 degrees outside, when leaving, of course I won't ask you why you spent about 15 minutes there, waiting for someone to notice us .. a waste of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve Svatebním salonu Naïve jsem si půjčila šaty už několikrát. Vždy milý, ochotný a odborný servis, nic nebyl problém, ani když jsem si potřebovala půjčit šaty v 7.měsíci těhotenství, tak jsem měla z čeho vybírat:) Doporučuji!!!
I have borrowed my dress several times at the Naïve Wedding Salon. Always nice, helpful and professional service, nothing was a problem, even if I needed to borrow clothes in the 7th month of pregnancy, so I had a lot to choose :) I recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šla jsem jako doprovod kamaradky,ktera mela domluveny termin na zkousku svatebnich satu. Přisly jsme na uvedenou hodinu a v salonu nikdo nebyl. Podle úrednich hodin mělo byt otevreno uz hodinu. Čekaly jsme asi 15minut, kamaradka jeste volala na cislo na ktere se objednavala, telefon byl prvne obsazeny a pak ho nikdo nebral. Opravdu nechapu tohle chovani. Nereknu, kdyby daly treba vedet ze jsou nemocne nebo se neco stalo,ale takhle se profesional opravdu nechova. Nastesti si kmaradka vybrala saty v predchozim salonu!!!
I went as an escort of a friend who had an appointment for a wedding dress rehearsal. We arrived at the mentioned hour and there was no one in the salon. According to office hours, it should have been open in an hour. We waited for about 15 minutes, my friend still called the number to which she ordered, the phone was busy for the first time and then no one answered it. I really don't understand this behavior. I won't tell if they need to know they're sick or something has happened, but that's not how a professional really behaves. Fortunately, the friend chose a dress in the previous salon !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šaty krásné, jen při každé návštěvě, i když jsem byla objednaná se mi nikdo nevěnoval 100%, vždycky paní lítala kolem dalších, tak bych si 100% servis, který se platí nepředstavovala....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím se přidat k těm, které nemají se salónem dobrou zkušenost. Neprofesionální chování od začátku do konce. Jediné, co mě a doprovodu paní nabídla, bylo "posaďte se" a potom jedny šaty stejného stylu, který jsme chvíli předtím zavrhli. Úplně stejně bychom se obsloužili, kdyby tam nebyla a byli bychom ušetřeni tvrzení, že vypůjčené šaty můžeme ustřihnout... Rozpačité "no, tak uvidíte..." a nepředání dokladu o zaplacení zkoušky na závěr to celé hezky uzavřelo.
I have to join those who do not have a good experience with the salon. Unprofessional behavior from start to finish. The only thing the lady offered me and the entourage was "sit down" and then one dress of the same style that we had rejected a while before. We would have served ourselves in the same way if she hadn't been there and spared the claim that we could cut the borrowed clothes ... Embarrassed "well, you'll see ..." and not passing the proof of payment at the end closed it all off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrovský svatební salon s opravdu velkým výběrem šatů. Velmi ochotná paní poradí, nabídne různé možnosti úprav atd. Jediné drobné mínus je za prostředí - všude je studená dlažba (kromě kabinky), což není při "procházení" se v šatech úplně komfortní.
Huge bridal salon with a really large selection of dresses. The very helpful lady will advise, offer various adjustment options, etc. The only minor downside is the environment - there are cold tiles everywhere (except the cabin), which is not completely comfortable when "walking" in the dress.
