We arranged for the car to be cleaned during a two day stay in Karlovy Vary. We brought the car to the clearly communicated location and were brought by car to our hotel destination in the town center, and even got some useful info about things to see/do/avoid. By the end of the next day we were picked up and taken to our car. The car was impeccably clean, both inside and out. There were no more traces of the litres/years of spilled coffee on the seats, nor of the dozens of carefully hidden raisins (kids favourite). Fun added touch that showed real care and pride were the stripes on the floor mats introduced by skill-fully vacuuming (which soon vanished after some use), as well as the smile of the company guy anticipating our response. Stepping into the spotless car from a drizzled environment felt like a shame and driving it over the salty February roads almost like a crime. Fortunately the exterior was so smooth that not much of the grime stuck to it initially. If there was anything that could be improved upon, then it would be that the inside of the windows seemed clean, but fogged up faster and more than before. Almost two months later we are still greeted by a pleasant smell when entering the car and most of the interior panels still have a nice shine to them, which they didn’t have before the service. All in all a great service which was one of the literal highlights of our stay in Karlovy Vary.
