Nádherné prostory, které jsem ani netušila, že v Praze jsou, jsou jen půlkou celého zážitku. Mě především pohltila nádherná atmosféra, příjemný profesionální personál a krásná energie, která se studiem nese i při lekcích jógy nebo sound rituálech. Vedle studia je také obchod s vysoce kvalitními doplňky pro zdraví, který uceluje celý koncept. Doporučuji všem a děkuji, vždy odcházím jako znovuzrozená <3
Namastery is simply a place to be if you want to take a break from everyday worries and do something for your body and mind. The beautiful spaces that I had no idea were in Prague are only half the experience. Above all, I was overwhelmed by the wonderful atmosphere, the pleasant professional staff and the beautiful energy that the study carries even during yoga lessons or sound rituals. In addition to the studio, there is also a shop with high-quality health supplements, which completes the whole concept. I recommend to everyone and thank you, I always leave as reborn <3
