★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and obnoxious customer service. The person who communicated with us over email was arrogant and extremely rude.
After we had placed our cupcake order they contacted us back asking us to choose a theme (absolutely no reference to what themes they can create at this point). So we give them the theme of our choice but they reply back saying that they cannot create the theme, and therefore asking us to choose something else from the photos which are posted on their website. So we choose a different theme - this time from their website - and yet again we get back another reply from them, this time saying that the theme we chose from their website is also NOT AVAILABLE!
After asking the obvious question that any sane person would ask, about what themes are available to choose from, they decide to cancel our order on the basis of "too much communication for a standard order".
To owner: If there were too many emails sent between us for placing a standard order, this was due to your poor communication and customer facing skills as well as to your ignorance about what your own business can actually sell.
