★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is about apartment number 7. Noise insulation is extremely bad. You can wake up at night from a quiet conversation or coughing up of your neighbors. These conditions are incompatible with quiet life not speaking about Karlovy Vary recreation and relaxation. Return of money for this reason is denied. Apatments are managed by some agency and it's not possible to contact the owner directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've paid for the accommodation through airbnb few months before our trip and when we arrived no-one was picking up the phone or answering our text messages. We've eventually managed to get a hold of the owner and he told us that the hotel is fully booked and he doesn't have any free rooms. This was during the movie festival and all hotels around were fully booked, so we did not manage to find any other place and had to stay in different city at our friend's place. This was the single worst experience I've ever had with a hotel.
